I have always encountered professional and kind people, but Karen really stood out with her service at Starbucks. She’s much more than a great barista that perfected my favorite iced white mocha, she really is a ray of sunshine that makes ur day…dare i say more than coffee.

I used to enjoy this location as my orders were always correct and tasty, and the location is close to work. In the past month I've had 0 decent orders, with several missing items and incorrect drinks. I try to keep it simple. A toasted bagel with butter, yet no butter is included and the bagel is toasted yet super cold. Asked for my hot coffee to be extra hot and not only was it not hot, it was lukewarm at best. I'll be taking my business back to Victoria and Moon. It may be further but at least my orders are always correct.

My dragon drink was clearly filled to the top with ice and when I asked if this is how much ice usually comes in this drink the barista blankly stared at me and said yes. Didn't offer a refill or anything. I drank my $5 drink I two sips, I'm pissed.

Was out walking and stopped here for coffee and a coffee cake. The attendant was very friendly and the iced coffee was ready promptly. The warmed coffee cake was delicious.

How dont they have any reviews? This is my go to! Workers always busting their butts, they also obviously like working with eachother, you can feel it in the air and taste it in the product. They never mess up, and they're always working their hardest to get you your drink on time! Every single worker there is great. I seriously can't think of one that I've had an issue with.
Walked up to the door and ordered 2 peach green teas, put in our cup holders and hit the road. It wasn’t until we were on the freeway headed to SB that I saw the dead fly floating at the bottom of my drink! GROSS. Called the store immediately, was told a mgr would call me back so I could send a pic....still waiting, 5 days ago!!!
