I don't write reviews often, but I approached Xiomara when I received my to-go order and asked her name to write her a review. She was stellar. Absolutely on top of things, checking on orders, apologizing for any delays, verifying things were correct, and all over the place from behind the counter to helping package and distribute meals - all in a very calm and humble manner. I don't think she is the manager, but she has great qualities for that role if she ever aspires to do that. Thank you for excellent service and making my experience a great one!

Love their food! My favorite is the turkey, Brie and cranberry sauce sandwich!! Their focaccia bread is freshly made all day. Their salads are very creative and always fresh! And they have lots of choices!

I've been visiting this Urbane Cafe for over 15 years, I remember when it was Urban. The mixed green side salad has been a refreshing change for a sandwich shop beyond their signature bread swap. Luckily it became his favorite too. 3 kids later, each baby came with us to eat after struggling to hustle back outside for their day 5 check-up. Even his family now tends to pick some up when in town. Aunt likes the bowls, Dad likes the club, toddlers get soup, and I try it all. Online ordering is straightforward too.

Really great, filling, flavorful bowl. Also ordered the gluten free bread, WOW! HONESTLY the gf bread was amazing. It does take a little extra time to bake, but VERY worth it!

I had the Mediterranean bowl and it was so good. Ordering ahead and doing pick up it was simple. There was an employee waiting with the bagged food and handed it off to me. I was in and out after 30 seconds (which was especially impressive considering it was peak dinner time).
