Every time I come here and I order my steak bowl I ask for no sauce and they say it comes with sauce, but I've been to other locations and it always comes without the sauce. Also, they are very stingy with side sauces and meat. Especially, the meat; they do not put enough meat in the bowls. VERY STINGY and the male cook that's there in the days is rude. He is always there and never puts enough meat in the bowls. Not coming here again. Always have a bad experience here.

Tasty food, quick service, and not all that expensive.I only have one complaint and it's the contents of the Waba sauce, I uploaded the picture shows the ingredients you don't have to go very far down the list before you see things that are very definitely not fit for human consumption.I would eat here all the time if it didn't occur to me that I was being poisoned, just a little bit, every time.

I don't get how this place is open. We didn't like our food at all! The food tastes like it's pre frozen and warmed up in the microwave. Seriously not good food! The restaurant is so small with a few chairs, the restroom looked like a restroom from a gas station. It was just rubbed down. The service was ok. It was nothing fantastic.

Mannnn ohhh man the dumplings are so good so is the steak tacos. They are full of flavor. I can't explain how good it is you gotta try it for yourself and if you don't like call a doctor cause it's obvious your taste buds are trippinggg

Just don't go here bruh.. they gave me some nasty rotten chicken and I took one bite and threw it out cause it smelt and tasted SO bad the food here used to be good smh now they serve rotten chicken why can't we have anything nice

Im not one to usually complain but this time I feel I need to. I was there last night after work to, and I was the only customer in there, the guy behind the counter was also the only one behind the counter. He was obviously working hard, and was hot, because as he approached me he took his hat off and proceeded to push his greasy hair back and put his hat back on, took my order, and my money, and then proceeded to get my rice, WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, STERILIZING OR PUTTING GLOVES ON. Then he put one glove on to get my chicken and it was at that point I decided I should just ask for a refund because I was so grossed out. I finally got my food after 4 other customers came in. and they were served first. There was no interaction with any of the customers including myself. Then a couple of guys ran in to the kitchen area from somewhere in the back like they were chasing each other and I thought my god how is this place still up and running? When I finally got my food home, the chicken was mediocre. Not great at all. Oh did I mention when I walked in it smelled like a bathroom? Yeah I wont be going there again and I wont be recommending it to others either.

I went in for the 1st time today, and before tasting the food I decided I will never go back. I went in on my lunch break around 1:00. No one else was in the resturant, the lady that took my order was so rude. Absolutely no customer service skills and spoke not one word to me. About 4 people walked in after I ordered and she was the same with them. Also, all 4 other customers got their food before me and they had pretty much the same order as I did.One customer asked for more sauce and was told that it would be additional cost which she said she would pay. The lady then turned around and completely ignored the customer.The food was good. Unfortunately, wont be back because of the terrible service. I work one block away and was hoping to find a new spot for lunch. I'll keep looking!

WaBa Grill is a solid chain. This location is the most conveniently located to my work so I usually find myself stopping here when I'm craving something fast and healthier.Pros: the food always tastes fresh & is usually cooked to order. My favorite bite here is the Waba bowl (teriyaki chicken and beef) over rice. Add some dumplings with spicy sauce and I'm all set. Also the pricing is reasonable and under $15.The staff and friendliness are usually pretty good here. I'd say if I've been here 15 times only once was the service bad but that was on a weekend. I almost always come during lunch on a weekday and the gentlemen that are working are nice and effective. Quick to get out orders.Cons: anyone else feel judged for asking for extra sauce? lol. I wish they would just keep the sauce over the counter for customers to grab packets. And yes, I get there are annoying people out there that take too much but I'd like to think the general public are just taking what they need, like I do. Every time I go I always have to ask for extra and sometimes it seems to inconvenience the staff. Or they'll throw in one despite asking for two. Don't know what the deal with the sauce is but always seems like it's being rationed lol. I miss pre covid when you could just scoop your own sauce.Last con: at this location the parking is rough. At lunchtime it's usually pretty hard to find parking close to the shop or if you do find parking it's really snug! Sometimes I can't take a spot up front because it's just too tight. Nothing this restaurant can do about it but I note it because it does make it more challenging for customers to get in and out.

So I order food here at wabba grill spent 30 plus dollars on my order I got a 20 piece dumpling and instead of the spicy sauce that comes in the cup I asked to please replace it with wabba sauce in a cup, I didn't get waba sauce in the cup at all instead they gave me 4 extra packets For 20 dumplings And 2 extra packets of wabba sauce for each of the 2 chicken and rice bowls. I literally had to tell the lady if I have to buy it then I will cause that is not enough sauce for 2 chicken and rice bowls and 20 dumplings, And she charged me For 2 extra waba sauces. I'm Truly shocked whatever happened to the customer is right I guess those days are gone especially when I asked them when ordering to not give me the spicy sauce in the cup and instead give me the waba sauce in a cup and still never got it. What is seriously going on with the company wabba grill it's like they hold their saucepackets like they'regold aren't they for the customers? it boggles my mind? I used to love coming to waba grill now after this I don't think I will return it's ridiculous over sauce packets! 2 packets of waba sauce will only last for 2 dumplings we had 4 bought 2 more so out of our 20 dumplings we got to only eat 12..... smh
