Ordered online and when it was supposed to be time to pick it up, they didn’t have it ready. Apparently they didn’t even know they had an online order so I had to wait the usual time. Kind of inconvenient. I seen this was another persons problem before at this location as well so maybe this isn’t the best location for online orders.

Okay chicken. I always get the lemon pepper boneless and they slap. Don't know what the heck happened to the fries though they are very low quality these days, not at all how I remember from just a few years ago. Weird

Food was salty and of poor quality. The staff were a bunch of teenagers that could not care any less if you bought here. It's a to-go place. Really no ambiance.

I went there today for lunch and it was 130 so it was after the lunch rush. It took 40 minutes to make a right piece wing order. I was there on my lunch hour so I only had less than 20 minutes to get back to work and eat my wings before I went in the office. This place was slow not hardly anybody there, so they should not have been any reason why it took 40 minutes to make an eight piece wing order.

Messed up me and my friends order and they never got the food. We paid $30 and got no food and they said that was our fault. This is unbelievable they were calling us racial slurs. I will be reporting this to corporate and still didn't get my food, and went to Little Caesar across the street. I would rate little Caesars 5 stars for a price and food.
Ordered 2 plates for 32.99 and I feel ripped off. I came in and stood there awkwardly for a few minutes before being asked anything which started off weird. The workers seemed busy and that I was bothering them. I put in my order and waited 18 minutes. Ok I get its lunch time but there was only one person before me. I get the food and the only thing I could eat was thier fries. The wings were overcooked and very dry. No flavor even with the dip. I would give 1 star but I did like the fries and that was about it. Not recommended.

I'm giving the wingstop on Rose a 5out of 5 because they alway make my chicken like i like it!! If i ask for well done they give me well done. And jose the manager is always nice to me. He knows me by my name and he always says hello to me when he sees me!! They always get my wings right and i will continue to go there.

Called in for a pickup order for the boneless meal deal 20 wings & fries & they told me it'll be ready in 17 minutes so i get there 15 minutes later & said they're still working on it ( reasonable ) 5 minutes later another customer walks in & orders the chicken sandwich combo with 5 extra wings & receives it in 5 minutes . then 10 minutes later employees came in to pick up their check & ordered 10 wings & received them in less than 1 minute . so i waited almost 40 minutes for 20 wings & fries . very poor experience.
