I don't know why this wing stop is rated so low probably all the prissy people complaining about the wait time and never worked in food service per usual but anyways this wingstop makes them better than every other one I've been too coats them w seasoning just right and cooks them the best !

The food here is great no questions asked. The service on the other hand is pitiful, they forgot half my order and when i went back with photos and my receipt They tried to argue with me! I had to FaceTime my wife and show them that half of it was missing and they still tried to argue with me! In my opinion the whole staff that was was there on the night of November 22nd is incompetent and should be replaced. I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in my food after i proved them wrong, this is saddening! The atmosphere is fine, other then the staff being incompetent.

I have been hesitant to give this location a shot due to the bad reviews. I ordered for pickup through the app and everything was great. Pickup was smooth, order was accurate and the food was what I expect from Wingstop.

I am not sure why this location has bad reviews. I came here last night for a pick up order. The only thing I would say is that the estimated time the food should be ready in is not accurate as they take a little longer. I love the lemon pepper wings and wish they still had the combo deal for 2 of their bone in wings. This location has plenty of seating and also has the touch screen soda machine. I also wish they would offer more promotional offers.

Terrible dining room. Freezing cold, rap music playing way too loud and piercing alarms beeping for over a minute before someone finally turned it off. Looking around the floor is filthyWe chose two chicken sandwich combos and picked the lemon pepper and Korean BBQ sauce. It was okay but I wouldn't get the Korean one again. Anyway after almost 20 minutes we decided to eat in the car as they packed it togo even though I said for here. So we go to eat and there's no napkins. Duh. I won't be back.
It's not their fault the co they work for is selling fried bread sandwiches. I will gladly pay an extra 4 dollars to have the old semi plump chicken sandwich back. I don't need a 9 dollar combo. Just make it 12 again and give us a real chicken sandwich.

Ordered twice in the past month. Takes 30 minutes for only fries. They don't even cut them right. Decided to give them another chance last night same thing 30 minutes for fries which barely had seasoning...that i paid extra for. &5 wings that were un-seasoned (I picked a seasoning). I will be driving out to the one on Victoria from now on. They've never messed up on my order.
