When i first pulled up it looked a little run down but we decided to give it a try since my dads friend told him it's so worth it. When we first went in and ordered our food the cashier was really nice, she knew what to do and say and was very quick. I got the Narcissist burger with the cajun fries my brother got the same my mom just got a regular burger and i forgot the name of what my dad got, it was a bit pricy but damn the food portions made it so worth it. The fries were perfectly seasoned and we amazing in general and the burger itself was big juicy and delicious. As soon as we were about to leave the cashier gave us free appetizers cards for our first visit and honestly that is great. Me and my family would definitely be coming back for those appetizers and more! Definitely check out this burger joint you wont regret it!!

I went here on Sunday on my lunch break. I am a nurse so I do not have a lot of time for my lunch. I tried calling to place my order because I was unable to order online there was no answer. I arrived there I placed my simple order of a chickenator melty melt sandwich. I asked for cheddar cheese instead of American cheese, no lettuce, no pepper. I wanted tomato. The gentleman at the register was completely confused & rude. It took 10 minutes literally to order my meal. 25 minutes later I received my meal & it was completely wrong. By this time I had to return to work so I could not wait for a remake of my order. I asked for a to go box I was told "NO" I was rudely handed a piece of foil & a paper bag for an entire meal. I left extremely upset being my meal was $23 for just myself. I have called several times since Sunday and I continuously get told "Amar" the manager isn't here. Every time I call it's the same person who answers the phone and he won't help me. I am very upset and I don't understand why your service is so poor. Please help
