The appetizer came 1st, then 2 or 3 minutes before dinner came. Had an issue with my food. It was made again, and it was wrong. Then, when my food was done again. I had to take it home. It was crazy visit. My meal wasn't discounted, but an extra dessert was offered. Crazy crazy evening. I spoke with manager Lewis, and when we address an issue with a waitress and about hair in my food.

Iam is hands down definitely one of the best waiters it have had the pleasure of having. He was fast, kind, and had high energy. He was super personable and made our experience here amazing. Definitely will come back just to enjoy his company again.

We were seated almost immediately after walking in, being a party of two. Then we sat for 20 minutes without so much as a hello, water, drink order, or anything else. We left and handed the menus right back to the front staff. I'm typing this out from the restaurant next door already eating an appetizer and with a drink in hand and in half that time.

My husband and I used to come here all the time when they first opened and we had nothing but great experiences. The few times something went wrong, management was quick to correct it.Recently, I came here with 4 kids and was pleasantly surprised. A lot of these chain restaurants go down hill over time, but BJ’s has still got it.They brought out little snacks for the kids before we were able to order. If you have kids, you know how amazing this is! The waitress seemed a little unhappy at first but warmed up to us. She checked in often and even reminded me of my points from their loyalty program. She was also very patient with the kids as they took their time trying to figure out what to order. The restaurant was a bit loud but not so much that you couldn’t hold conversation. I thought it would be slow but it was fairly busy.The food.. I got the cherry chipotle salmon which came with asparagus, couscous, and some tomato bits. I like asparagus but usually just eat the tips… these ones were cooked perfectly all the way through, end to end. The flavor of the sauce was actually really good. I’m not one for cooked tomato but again found myself eating it and enjoying it. The kids loved their food as well and the Pizookie was still on-point.My only negative, was that the menus were sticky. Like almost can’t touch sticky. Otherwise, I think we need to go back here more often.

Hamburger half cooked, fries cold, lemonade had strange taste even with 10 packets of sugar, not happy with root beer, got pizookie to go...half cooked brownie, cherry pit in the whipped cream. Visited San Diego locations when I lived there. Doubt if I'll go back to this one. Manager no help.

We had a great night Saturday night out server Anthony was great not only kept the drinks coming but also had a great attitude all night and after we had our steaks I had to ask who had made them and he said William did and they where some of the best steaks I've ever had I hope he got some of the tip.. 10/10 would recommend.
