It’s insane that good food places are getting taken over by AI features taking away jobs. Eventually having to ask to speak to someone instead of a robot was frustrating to have to do, I’d rather have a person take my order than a machine!

I ordered the breakfast burger combo and this is what I received, since when is it fries rather than tater tot’s? Also I was asked if I wanted condiments and asked for ketchup when I was give my order it was now another person and asked as well if I wanted condiments and they still didn’t give me any. 2 people and no ketchup so why ask? I tried to call in and of course no answer ever. This is not the first last time I ordered a large and got a size small tatter tot. I was robbed since I paid for a large.
They are so going at there service and the manager is great
