This place could be Soo much better , Chuckie could also use a new costume his mask is broken he looks so raggedy..I've gone when it's not busy and alot of the games are visibly dirty and not wiped down . You have one cashier and the line is ridiculous to just buy a drink and redeem a coupon there's a manager who comes out to talk to a customer and then goes back into the back after seeing that they could use another cashier. People are walking in and out the place with no one checking in or out anyone .. I come every so often and it's the same deal over and over..

I picked up my order didn’t eat there so can’t grade the atmosphere but the food great pizza salad and cookie pie so good and the lady that helped me she was so nice and kind need more people like that with service didn’t see her name tag

It's overwhelming if you don't like loud noises or lots of people. My child however, loved it! She spent the majority of her time on the trampoline.

they took almost 2 hrs for the food to be ready...
Place is what ever. Only go here when we can’t go anywhere else. Pizza is stupid expensive for the quality it provides I think 1 pizza is like $12? Again for the quality not sure bout that. The games 50-50 they’re working or not. they really need to monitor the occupancy there seems like they let everyone in and people are standing eating or waiting to play. Some games are pretty dirty they need a deep cleaning. More games for toddlers. From my experiences being there with it first opened up when I was 5-7 years old it’s better but would expect more.
