I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a 36 piece wing and I am severely disappointed and upset. To start off I payed over $80 for 1 single pizza and wings. It took almost two hours to get delivered and the estimated delivery time was 45 min Or less. I had to call twice to check on the order and both times the lady who answered the phone couldnt even find my order in the system. She had to get managers help to even locate my order. The first time I called she said it will arrive in 25 minutes. 40 minutes had passed by so I called a second time and was informed my order was barely about to be on the way. When my order finally arrived, the wings were plain, no sauce, soggy and cold. I wasted $80 on this meal for my family and we can't even enjoy it.

Stopped in... Purchased 2 medium pizzas; 1 ? pepperoni and 1 pineapple ?/ Canadian bacon ?. Both had little to no sauce and NO FLAVOR at all. It Wasa Friday evening and the place was BUSY, BUSY, BUSY but figured ordering pizza was the quickest eat-out, take-home idea rather than to cook and since it was COLD outside, it was our better decision...NOT!The person who took our order inside Domino's obviously could not hear us order as she kept asking us what we wanted to order multiple times. Then husband had to pay for both pizzas separately because she made an error in the computer with the order. Hubby & I were disheartened as we ate our pieces of pizza on our way home, vowing never to order that pizza again.
This location is really clean and tidy. The staff are always welcoming and attentive. The food is always delicious and made just right.

We had terrible experiences from this location, garbage food quality, terrible manager, absolutely no sorry ve no sense how to treat with customers, topping was not enough, barely no cheese. Wish can give them BIG ZERO star. NEVER EVEN THINK TONORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.Again garbage pizzas, hopeless manager.These type of managers can drop store sale in days. Franchise should fire this manager.Order date dec 29. Order # 404.Just in case if franchises want to take care of store.

The facility is always clean. Employees are friendly. The food is done at about exactly the time that they quote you. I'm not very happy that I have to pay for the dipping sauce cups. They should at least give or supplied one free of charge with your order. ?
I came from Little Caesars to Domino's the lady in the front in a nice way he told me they're the waiting line was like 30 minutes to an hour in a nice way better than Little Caesars she was nice and took my order without a problem kind of customer service I'm talking

This is my 2nd time here and 2nd time my pizza was made like this…. It’s unacceptable. I will Not be returning.
I ordered 2 pizzas was told it would be ready in 23 minutes my wife went to pick them up and was told they were not ready and would be another 20 minutes.so after 25 minutes she finally got the order upon arrival at home we find one of the pizzas was not what I ordered so we called and were told to bring it back and the right one would be ready.so they gave us the pizza with no apologies on either visit.I believe they should have compensated us for our time and the extra trip .so after an hour and a half we were finally able to eat.

my pizza looked like it was cut by kindergartener ridiculous ! might as well have not cut the pizza at all ! Customer service by manger was very unprofessional !

I ordered online all the time . This is the closest dominoes pizza and my toddlers only eat square cut cheese pizza. Well one does the other only eats pasta. They got my order wrong 3 times and on this occasion they forgot to make my large extra cheese pizza . So now I'm waiting. I only made this review so that the team will do better. More people are moving to this area so expect to get more orders. Move as one and double check everything and it will go smoothly.
