The floor and the delivery area are very dirty, there is garbage everywhere, and the workers are also very slow, I waited more than 10 minutes just to get 1 drink.

The fast food industry is getting real bad along with their employees. They want 20.00 an hour and they treat you like dirt and that's what they did to us tonight. They refused to make any food at 5:50 pm. It's interesting that they never know who someone is or how far up the chain these experiences will go.

Food was beyond cold. I specifically stated who was to pick up the order (via wbsite) as it specifically asks, still had an issue while picking up. Food was cold despite my putting a time I was to pick up. Did not notify me when order was ready. Never has funnel cakes. Food was not even labeled, causing another inconvenience due to not knowing what was what.

Family has been going here for years. About a month ago went and service gentleman was extremely rude and took forever to cook items ordered and just stood there. Didn't say anthing cause thought he was having a bad day. Went there recently to get usual refills for my family and received extreme misogynist behavior from guy there. I come from a very huge family and will never go to this location again (even if they paid me to). I will tell my entire family and friends of the terrible service and treatment I received. The guy was so rude and we have 2 phone numbers for refills there and go all the time since the 90s. A month ago, they had both our numbers in system when I went there with my husband. When I was by myself as a female, young mail worker treated me like I was an idiot and insisted on charging me full price for my refill cups (probably pocketing the difference). I asked if he could reinput number(s) so next time this won't happen again and he said no...really?...obviously out of spite and did not want to work...I have plenty of family that would love to have a job there and provide excellent customer service...Will never go there again. Lost a loyal customer and my entire friends and family.

I haven't been to a Hot Dog On A Stick in decades. The lemonade looked good to me because it was so hot outside. Their regular size drink cup is a large everywhere else. They have a Ruby Red Grapefruit Lemonade for 99 cents more so I tried that. So refreshing and not too sweet. Just how I like my beverages. At first, I thought I should have ordered a small size but later found that the regular was just right because I sipped that lemonade over several hours. I ordered the beef corn dog. There are several protein choices for the hot dog including a vegetarian one. I did not know these were made to order. This makes a big difference and well worth the several minutes wait. Other places selling corn dogs have them made ahead of time and warming in a box or under a heat source. That makes the crust hard and dry. Here, the corn dog's battered coating was crispy on the outside, yet thoroughly cooked, moist and fluffy on the inside. The beef hot dog was flavorful. Probably one of the best corn dogs I have had so far. The key is that it was made fresh. So delicious!

Hot Dog on a Stick is so good. The Pepper jack cheese dog is the bomb!!! Love it and the lemonade as well!!! Good customer service too.This is a second review. Thank you Payton for great, kind customer service. The fries were so good and the cherry lemonade!! My granddaughters loved there Hot Dog on a Stick hats too.

Pretty decent cause you can’t mess up a corn dog. The lemonade is good. The service is just poor. Ran by teenagers who just mosey around and mumble when they talk.
Just left her payed 20 dollars for bread on a stick jack burnt the he was going to replace them and the Manger Michelle would not let him but then her friend there that she was giving free food to I watched her give her her my hot dogShe is super rudeSuper unprofessionalAnd if I could give this review zero Stars I would I've been there several times and never had.ans she is something else.

Apparently there bull s change shortage couldnt give me my 90 cents back and they had a drawer full of change and are rude af but I get it i would be to if I had to wear that outfit for min wage good job guys

The kids enjoyed the food. The problem is the customer service area of this food place. This young 17 year old named KATLYN i believe. Slammed our bag of food. Spoke super fast and walked away really rude.If they don’t have good work ethic they should NOT be employed at a place where they have to deal with customers and it also shouldnt be an issue when customers ask questions about their food/or drinks
