Last night I ordered from this location on DoordashI ordered 2 Large Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club Combo and only received one combo but got 2 drinks And ordered the Classic Sauced & Loaded Popcorn Chicken and got the plain ones as well even the sauces on the side that I asked for they didn't put any of them I immediately called the dasher saying (this customer service is out of service) so I tried to call the store twice no one answered what a bad customer service and wasting people money its not the first time that's happened to me I paid almost $100 that’s way too much to pay for a missing order and my order was missing and messed upFood was super cold as well

I've been coming this location about a good 15. Maria was the first one that was at the Counter To take my order with the outstanding personality smile warm heart. She does a great job for all the years that I've been going. She has Retired. Now the girls that have taken over ,they are Good customer service with a smile and happy to help you.

As with any fast food place, this wasn't very good. This specific location is loaded with problems: the line is incredibly long even if there's only two people in it. The food tastes worse than Burger King somehow. It's fine, but don't come often. There are better locations for the same price.Parking: This location is not popular and it's in the middle of a shopping district, so there's plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There are sidewalk ramps.
I live around this area I love this Jack in the box but when we order on the app it gives us the option if we want regular or extra you gotta pay if you want extra an literally gives us the same about as regular an man it really sucks because it’s like 3-4 dollars extra ????

This place is located in the worst part of town in Victorville, CA. They have a security guard at the door. You watched carefully when you come in That can be uncomfortable, especially for a paying customer. We ate not all crooks or serving homeless people. I tried to get some ice for my water, as I was not given ice the first time. I was instructed to goto the counter for ice by the security. Asia I wS going to steal Coke when I can't drink soda at all. Not good at all. I always like their food. Now they need to get it together with customer service.
