One of my all-time favorite places to grab a bite to eat. I'm a loyal taco fan, and they still taste just as good as they did 20 years ago. All the menu items are delicious and always made to order. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and bathrooms are kept clean.Parking: Has plenty of parking, as well as hundreds of parking spots in the shopping center that they are located.Kid-friendliness: Lot's of kid friendly options.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking directory in front of entrance and easily accessible.

Most Nastiest Fast Food Experience of my life. Came during grave yard shift & ordered food. I ordered a chicken sandwich & when eating felt a weird texture & the whole inside was Slimy as hell! I called and they explained they cooked it proper time (i get it but I’m not going to lie about a sandwich) & they don’t understand how so i saved the sandwich went in next day around 2pm lady just rolled her eyes & started refund & told me throw the sandwich away , wasnt concerned at all about what went wrong so i showed her & split patty in half in-front of her & she was instantly as grossed out as i was(i was even more grossed out seeing the inside) , & she then, kept patty to show manager. I feel they both didnt care on what was wrong , when this is pretty important. Definitely wont be coming here again

This particular Jack, it seems, is very hit and miss as for how the food tastes and when it's fresh or not. It's weird that 1 day everything is delicious and a different day wondering if it was cooked at 5 am and you're barely eating it at 8 pm at night, especially the tacos and the wilted cooked lettuce (from the heat) sometimes I seriously wonder if the food has been microwaved or reheated

Sometimes there’s sticky floors but they’re as prompt as they can be with good food, just be patient because it’s a busy corner hot spot and they all work hard.
Went through the drive-thru with a big (and somewhat complicated lol) order for a family of 6. Nick was so accommodating and friendly, he really made our experience a good one. We really appreciated him and his great customer service!
