I would give one star review if I could.I did a DoorDash order of just a cheeseburger with nothing on it so just a meat cheese and bun.And unfortunately, it came with extra Mayo lettuce extra ketchup and it was smothered.And the wrapping was ripping off pretty much.I had to drive all the way to the Jack in the box just to get a new one.And it's ridiculous, I go in and they're extremely rude and obviously seem like a lot of issues

Had to wait a considerable amount of time just to get someone to come to the register to take my order. It was barely noon and the floor was sticky and gross. I don't think it was mopped the night before.

Had an awesome experience food was prefect cooked. The service was awesome. I loved how respectful the person was who took our order. Made sure our order was correct. Didn't feel rushed. Everything seemed like it was perfect timed.
The burgers were cold nasty the fries weren't Not fresh couldn't even finish our meal bad choice of the day funny my husband said McDonald's would have been better a double double

This is the hasbrown they gave me. Looks and feels like a hasbrown from yesterdays breakfast. How sad that they would even try to feed this to someone. And I’m sure everyone in there knew it was bad yet they still sold it to me. I’m going to be reporting to corporate and the health department. This shows that they are keeping food longer than its shelf life.
