The staff doesn’t greet you. They had a ton of people waiting and only 2 people working on a Sunday, definitely need more staff for busy times. They couldn’t answer questions about who’s drink was who’s at the counter full of drinks. Just a mess.

This place is one of the worst juice it up's I have been too. The bowl station was dirty, like do they not clean after they make a bowl??I was there earlier this week and was greeted by Kim, she had the worst attitude. Someone really needs to get this worker in line as it seems she is not doing her job correctly as I could tell other people have the same problem with her from some of the other reviews. The reviews where they say she is "the best" are blatant lies, she is very rude and never once has a smile on her face. You would think if you work in a place like this you would at least have a nice and respectful employee greeting you. She also does not seem like a team player considering how she left the other employees alone in the front when there is a rush.Overall, the management here really needs to step up on how certain employees treat their customers.

I love this location they are always friendly and they greet you , everyone in here is polite and helpful. Kimberly is always smiling and so warm, I will continue coming here my kids love it as well. I have been coming here for years now and kimberly is still the best ever ! She knows my orders and my son dietary restrictions. I enjoy coming in here and I commend the Store manager as well for professionalism!!!!

I have been meaning to write this review. This Juice it Up is by far the worst location ever. The management team really sucks here as it seems there is no structure under their employees. Employees are rude especially the girl with blonde hair, the name on the receipt states "Kimberly". This Kimberly girl is beyond the rudest employee I have ever encountered. While she was taking my order, she continuously gave me attitude throughout the whole process, there was a guy with a beard also with her and he seen her being rude and just stood there and didn't do anything about it. The service here is just beyond terrible. Also their store was dirty, floors were smeared, counters dirty, just does not look like they have a very good manager setting in some structure. If you want to go to a juice it up go to Hesperia, not here. If there was a 0 star button i would have used that for my rating.

This is the best juice it up in the whole high desert it’s always so clean and always smells good everytime I come in im always said hello too even if they are busy. There’s a girl there her name is Kim I think and she is always hooking me up with the best flavors I love her recommendations, I have some health problems and the juices she’s recommended for me have help so Kim if you read this thanks !!!! Anyways this place is great and so is the staff ?

Had to change my 5 star rating cause this is ridiculous. Have had great experiences. But this time all bad. Same drink I always get that is usually good, this time is horrible. Don't know what changed. Need better consistency. And better customer service.
i've been meaning to do this review since last year but since i've stop going to this location and driving out of my way to the hesperia location i've put it in the back burner!!!!this is the nastiest place ever! i can't believe how the floor in the entrance stays so dirty!!! it's consistent and the staff doesnt care!most of the attitudes are nonchalant! if your drink is incorrect and you express your grievance be prepared for it to be worst the next time!!!! change your gloves! this is right in my area and i choose to drive to the next city! sad!!! i guess folks will tolerate anything! the owner needs to do surprise visits unless they can careless too!!!! beware!!! it's been more than i tear since ive been back! i paused and tried it one more time..... it was just a confirmation!!!!

TL;DRDecent smoothie place with average prices. Simple interior and nothing special stands out but that isn't a bad thing. Everything meets my standard and I don't have anything bad to say. I can be picky but that's splitting hairs.Story time:Came here on the way home from Vegas.After riding my motorcycle for a super long time in the heat and all scrunched up, I wanted to stretch my legs and have something light to drink that's decently nutritious, so a smoothie came to mind.Right off the bear valley exit, I got gas and then went across the plaza to this location.Location wise, it's good, right off the freeway, part of a large plaza that connects with many businesses and plenty of parkingThe inside is very minimalistic, just 2 benches on each side and that's it. Very small inside but that's fine, most people are here to get it to go.It's AC'ed and the ordering is very standard what you expect.Staff was pleasant enough, not super cheery or talkative but hey, as long as they're polite, notice me when I order or have a question, and fulfill the transaction, whatever. I don't need that, that's just extra and what would give them a higher rating but not required to enjoy a smoothie.Price wise, pretty standard. Smoothies are never cheap so I wouldn't expect to find it for $5. My large smoothie with tax and tip (whatever the first option was) came out to a little over $10. I thought that was fair considering how big it was. I think jamba juice or some other juice/smoothie places I've been to charge similar prices for a similar it slightly smaller size so it's pretty decent.Smoothie taste was on the lighter side which I was perfectly fine with. I like sweets but I also like natural and lighter tasting things now. Less of a fan of excessive syrups and sweeteners.The texture wasn't too thick so it was very easy to finish my drink with the straw without it clogging up or requiring an industrial vacuum amount of force.Overall it's like an icee but healthy and less sweet which I totally dig. I was able to cool down with a light refreshing drink in an air-conditioned area as I sat down to rest from my journey. I would give this 5 stars if the customer service was better but I'm not saying they're bad or were rude or anything negative to me. I like a bit more personality and warmth but this is more of a Togo place. If a tip prompt didn't come up, I wouldn't care for the service at all but since that did come up, there should be some sort of above and beyond personality to justify it since them taking my order and preparing it to standards is their job. It's the little extra like a smile or a how are you, that I feel justifies a tipping system. I'll always tip as I empathize with customer service jobs but I'll be more critical regarding that when reviewing.Aside from that, solid to to-go smoothie place or for short visits

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Rude staff didn't even acknowledge anyone waiting in line. 20 minutes later still waiting in line, decided to leave. Worst location by far ! I will never go back !

I’m Never greeted or acknowledged when I come in, not even a hi we’ll be right with you.Today 3 people looked directly at me, and just continued doing what they were, until one guy finished the drinks before me, then finally acknowledged me.
