I really have stopped buying food from here. I'm not sure what's going on, but the last 3 times I went to get hot wings, they were so old and hard I just took the lost and decided to no longer get food from here.

Best KFC in the High Desert! 7th street KFC is garbage, worst manager there, Abigail is her name I believe. They stop selling certain foods prior to closing.

I don't know how many times a person must ask for a butter and honey for the biscuits, it has to be more then the 3 that I repeated myself. Of course I didn't get them, how about the specific dipping sauces, nope, didn't manage to get those in the bag either. How about a utensil to eat with, why would we need those? I guess we can eat the famous bowl with our fingers.. oh I know what they probably got correct, the chocolate bunt cake? WRONG!! Just didn't seem to make it in the bag..I looked her in the eyes and asked as she handed me the bag, you got everything in here right? Her response with a big smile was "YES SIR"Unbelievable but not really Unbelievable at all just really unexpected since they were NOT busy.. Should have struggled to move everything around to check the huge bag of food. Completely horrible experience when I arrived home.. Thanks KFC

Chicken sandwich and nuggets were very dry and fries were cold and tasted like they were fried in old oil.
First off the front desk is the brand of a business, and the young man taking my order in the front was disingenuous and didn't smile. Just recited a script of "Hi, how are you?" Second, as I waited patiently for my order, the fries came out piping hot but as I kept munching they had a piss-tasting aftertaste. No lie. Disgusting. Either they don't clean out the fryer, used used cleaning supplies, don't rinse the fryer enough, or someone who was fired literally pissed in the oil fryer to make a statement.Third, the chicken was stale and cold. I walked up to the front of the counter to a young lady that had seen me and asked them politely to remake the chicken. Hadn't even mentioned the fries cause I was embarrassed for them. She tells me "I don't know how long the chicken strips were here (waiting around) but the fries are fresh, that's why you were waiting 10 minutes." What do they pay them to do? Seems like they're lazy to cook chicken afresh.(Waited around a while again)Fourth, as I left the store I noticed while driving off a good distance already that they forgot my coleslaw which was supposed to be included in the $14 meal, which is the cherry on top. Did I enjoy my meal? Nope. Teens could tamper with food and the vibes they gave me were off like tricksters vibes. I gave it all to my cats for a 'treat' of KFC and they weren't even wowed by it.Will never come back to any KFC again. Left such a bad taste in my mouth. That is why customer service is one of the most important things. I phoned the manager about it right after and she told me I could pick up the coleslaw. She was nice.

Who ever worked 7/18/23 at 5pm in the drive thru should be fired, we order food and 1 cup of water, we asked if we can get the water as I recently had surgery and was telling really bad, she told us to pull over that she won’t give us the water as she will get in trouble, we ask her again to please give us the water and she deny, what is the point of going on drive thru is you can’t be served, my husband ended up going inside to get the water. For sure not the first time getting a bad service from this place.
