Horrible service! Cashier is plain rude! Shamelessly! Food was poor. Al pastor Nachos had no meat, just a little seasoned pineapple, yet plain. Tacos had almost no meat and one was missing. Ordered via website but server did not seen to be aware when I arrived to pick up. So I had to seat and wait.

With a convenient location right off of the freeway and a key needed for the bathroom, a somewhat dirty dining room, and no salsa bar, I wasn't expecting much from this place but I was hungry and wanted one more fish taco before I left California. The grilled fish taco was GREAT and the greasy carnitas street taco was really good too. I will definitely check out one of their other locations when I go to Cali again.
Tired Bufadora in Murrieta but not this location. Cashier was very friendly and had a warm welcome. Had the fried fish tacos and shrimp tacos. Very tasty, loved the chili and grilled yellow peppers. Wait time was a little longer due to the place was full. I do think they need a staff member on the floor cleaning up the tables and areas for the next guests. However, food was really good. Didn't disappoint!

We were eating very happy with good environment service from their employees and music.Until at around 1pm a female employee showed up and now the environment change from all the employees, the music and even the gentleman cashier is now cleaning the tables and sweeping the floor and this woman is just standing doing nothing and telling other employees what to do with an ugly attitude.So around 130 pm we were done eating and after spending almost $100 on food, I walked to the front and ask for an Horchata refill.Than this woman told me there was no refills on Fancy drinks, only on fountain drinks, as Pepsi, Coke, etc etc.I told the lady, I got a refill and paid $1 from the guy that was sweeping the floor which he was on the register giving outstanding customer service prior to your arrival.She still said "NO REFILLS" than the guy confirmed that yes, there are refills but after this woman gave this poor guy a dirty look, he than put his head down and didn't said anything which she punked him.Well to top it off, because I was so mad because I didn't get my 2nd Horchata refill after I was willing to pay another $1. I now left this place with a stomach ache feeling sick.Can you guys imagine if she does this to a customer or customers, what else she does to her own employees coworker's.....What ever her position is, she is over using her power because she is not only getting customers pissed the fuck off as she did to me, but what about her employees as she punked the poor guy and others.She needs to remember, this place is ran by the employees and NOT her, because her employees are the ones doing the job and she was just standing there doing nothing telling others what to do.I would give 5 stars only prior to this woman arrival, but now because of this woman fucked up ugly attitude, I only giving 1 star.Would I go eat there again?Sure, only if she is no longer working there.Unfortunately I didn't get her name because I was so upset.
