Really unhappy with the way that whenever I go to a Caesars anymore an hour and a half before closing they're already not taking any more orders.... I'll never go to Little Caesars again if this keeps up???

I called at 7:55pm for a pick up. Was told it would be ready in 10mins. I got my 1 pizza & crazy bread at 9:20pm. There was 3 people working. The kid at the register was completely lost & didn't have a clue about customer service.He was throwing pizzas on the table that just came out of the iven.People were canceling there order and the kid just threw the pizza on the floor, Customers were asking why he threw it on the floor & he walked away. A customer asked if he could have the pizza and the kid gave it to him. People were irate. The kid didn't call out name's for the pizzas in the oven or the pizzas that were stacked on the table and waited 45mins just to find out it was in the oven all that time. He didn't want to be there as his hand gestures & attitude showed it. Unbelievable experience that I had at this Location. I've never see people so irate & glad to get out of there.

All my daughter wanted was crazy bread.. we waited at the counter for almost 15 minutes while employees just walked by looking at us and others. When someone finally came and took our order, we received bread sticks fresh out, and they were dry and stale. We were nearby and gave it a chance. My mistake.

Waited 15 min after my scheduled pickup time 2 hours before I picked it up, I get home and had 2 pieces of chin or pubic hair on top. To add to the grossness the Mexican girl in the front has ghetto red lipstick marks on her cheek and neck. Walking around the store with a blanket like she’s at home.

I came as I was driving home. I did my order and waited I went in and waited for my name on the screen it was taking so long waited in my car. Did this a few times and I asked a worker how long it would take. He said about 10 more minutes. Went to my car waited and nothing. More back and forth in and out of the store then I asked the worker again he said the oven crashed and they had to make all of the pizzas in the oven over again. So I went to my car waiting came back in heard someone say has it been 15 minutes then they were called. I went up aggravated at this point. I asked the how come there order was 15 minutes but I have been waiting over an hour so he asked my name again looked for my ticket and found it at the counter asked the cutter where my order was. He said I don’t know maybe in the warmers. The cashier said how is it in the warmers when I have the ticket here. He started rushing to make my order and luckily I was watching because he made it wrong due to a tomato allergy and he had to start over. They made my pizza then I waited because I was hungry and my mind was made up on pizza. I was then given the pizza, without my wings and crazy bread.I asked for it and left because I was aggravated. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for ONE PIZZA, crazy bread, and wings. Yes my ticket was miss placed but when I asked he always had an answer as to why, it wasn’t ready without looking for my ticket because the situation would not have taken as long. $25 for 1 hour and 45minute wait I could have gotten delivery from Pizza Hut faster. Very disappointed. Honestly Wish I would have ordered in tonight.

I wish they can manage this place Correctly, I love little caesar's, and this is the closest one to Us, Every time I order is something wrong, Ingredients are missing, or Missed distributed, I payed this time for a 5 meat and got few sausages on each slice ,I basically got a pepperoni pizza but ,over payed

Very poorly managed store and extremely unorganized, the line is most of the time out the door not because they have a lot of orders but because they have only one cashier, one person boxing and 4 people in the kitchen being extremely loud and laughing, including the manager while the poor girl in the front is trying to manage taking and handing orders. The girls in the kitchen wearing crocks which is a mayor safety issue and all of them including the manager handling food with their long hair all over the place no safety nets to prevent contamination! Sure needs a health inspection soon and a change in management! little caesers has great pizzas, so tasty and great deals, sadly this particular store with their poor management is turning people away!

If I could give this location Zero stars I would. Placed 2 orders and received notification that it was ready but screen on pick up kiosk was off. Had ro wait for help with customer in front of me to take to girl at front desk while she ignored us both. While we both waited, she had a conversation on her cell phone where she dropped F bombs and complained about not being invited to a party and then walked away from the counter. I shouted to the back if anyone was working that could help us and the young lady from the front came back and said I'm working I'm on a call and to wait. She finally came back, extremely upset and said we were being rude. I told her we were there waiting while she took a personal call and dropped F bombs in front of customers which is not ok. She then informs me it was not a personal call and it was the GM she was talking to and scolds us again. I asked for corporates # and she said there is no Corporate, I asked for the store manager and she replied she was the manager. I honestly don't know if she was or was not the manager but this is no way to deal with the public. We all have call to take but acknowledge your customers and have the decency to use appropriate language at eork. You represent your company and I'm sorry to say you did a terrible job at it today. Before we left she condescending wished us a good today and to "enjoy" our pizza. I responded back with her F bomb she dropped multiple times on her work call and wished her a great Effing day also.

Online ordering is telling people their pizzas are loaded into the portal when it isnt and store staff is getting all the annoyed and angry customers assuming they are the ones sending the "pizzas ready" messages. Also one of the portal touch pads on the portals has been down for over a month and people end up standing in line anyway to get their pizza. Little Caesars fix this.

Took too long, the next customer received their order faster than ours. Counter lady had AirPods in and had attitude. there was also an open water bottle on the counter which is very unsanitary for a fast food restaurant. the Main counter lady had black hair in a half up half down hair do. The employees were on break throwing something on the roof acting very childish as well. Food had lacked flavor, and breadsticks were too greasy. Counter lady mistreated our iPizzas.I've been coming to this place since I've moved up here (8 years ago) and they have sadly disappointed me every single time I've went. Their main pizzas aren't bad, just mainly service.
