Terrible service, my mom went in today 03/31/2024 at around 4:30pm the guy with the colored hair was extremely rude. He had the chairs up and ready to close up shop. My mom offered to put a chair down so she could eat a chicken meal. My mom told the guy with the colored hair that she would eat fast and be out of the restaurant in no time. The guy with the colored hair was extremely rude and told my mom no is no in a rude tone, and said we’re about to close. my mom had called early to see if pollo bros was going to be open due to Easter. When she called they had said that they would be open until 7pm. How is it that she walked in at around 4:30pm and was not able to sit down and order a chicken meal. Not only was the guy with the colored hair rude as can be but why tell someone over the phone that they’re going to close at 7pm and not serve them when it’s clearly 4:30pm! Very unprofessional and unacceptable service.

I had to give my ID even when I walked in and said my whole full name on the order and wasn’t greeted and looked at crazy or I was stealing someone else food. Very ridiculous and unprofessional! They didn’t even ask me for a email at least to know that it was my order. ??

I used to love going here, but ever since they changed and added new menu items plus the alcoholic drinks, this place has just become too expensive and the quality and quantity of food they give you is not worth the money.El pollo loco would be a better option I think.Highly doubt I'll be going back.

I was looking for Juan Chicken on a trip to the high desert, and I guess it's no longer there. Or maybe this is part of the chain, not sure. But we had a great lunch, chicken was fresh and delicious.

The chicken was too old in my burrito , the service was great and the atmosphere was nice.
Fast and great customer service. Very good food. The only thing I'd ding a star for is variety. Most of the dishes contain the same ingredients so you're essentially getting the same thing over and over in different forms. Which gets a little boring. Besides that, I highly recommend.
