The manager was extremely rude. The lady with glasses who is about 5 foot three she didn’t care to share her name. She refused to share her name. She said it wasn’t her problem and that they’re completely separate from the mobile app. Why does McDonald’s support a mobile app that their managers can’t stand behind.

Went thru the drive thru. There was 4 of us in the car. Business was consistent I pull up to the window & we got our drinks & the burgers/sandwiches then told that our fries were being cooked & to "pull forward & I'll bring you the 3 large fries". One car goes by, two cars, 3 & then 4. I knew there was no way that those 4 cars didn't order fries. 3 more cars & still no fries. I had to send someone inside to find out where our fries were. 8 cars & a total of 20 minutes, we finally got our fries with no apologies, no excuses, nothing. This may have just been an "Oops" but you only get a 1st impression once.

The line was ridiculous at the drive thru and it was being held up by 2 customers in each line. I don't know if it was because of the person taking the orders or the customers. Prices are getting out of hand at McDonald's especially for poor service and high priced
