Every time I stop at this McDonald they are so slow. I have been sitting in drive thru for over 20 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me for only 2 kids meals. And I still have not received my food due to the cars before me. This is every time I come here. And I meant to go to the one across the fwy. But I figured the line was short so maybe this time it would be faster. Nope same thing they are just super slow. This is crazy. This McDonald is always slow. I will never patronize this place again. I know better but wanted to give the benefit. Never again.

The fries were very salty fresh but to salty the customer service was horrible the lady who took the order messed up we corrected it but didn’t repeat the order so we got a cheeseburger we didn’t order the lady who handed us our food parked us but when we wanted to ask for ketchup she closed the door before we could say anything both very rude and the only person who was nice was the person who took our food out to us!!! She was very nice repeated our order and very polite!!! She should be on the window not the other rude people

It was a fish sandwich and small fry to go. I've ordered a fish sandwich before and it was acceptable, however this time it was VERY UNacceptable!? I would suggest that when you order any sandwich here check UNDER the bun to make SURE the ingredients are there! When I got home to open the sandwich it was practically DRY. The amount of tarter sauce was like a pea size portion, and there was no pickle. When I came to the counter I showed the McDonald's app because it said free fry with sandwich. The girl at the counter didn't know how to work the app so she got the manager. Manager played with the app and said, no, you don't get free fries just 50 cents off the sandwich. I said o.k and ordered the fries anyway. When I got the small fries, basically it was JUNK! They were UNDER cooked, MUSHY, not crispy and a very small portion. NOT worth anywhere near $3.99!? So my advice to you is CHECK your bag BEFORE you leave this McDonald's. They DO NOT appear to be consistent with their service.??

No one is there to take orders. Self orders only. And if you're like me and rather a different sauce than what the Filet-O-Fish has, there is no other option. No one around to ask either. We walked out. Won't be going there again. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

This store is horrible with service. Ordered through drive-thru, when bags were given I specifically asked if everything was in the bags. Of course items were missing. The response from the one at the window everything is in the bag.
Service is horrible. I was missing a happy meal frie and was given an attitude by Samantha with a rude comment. She gave me the fries and said “she was probably expecting a small fries. Uhm no Samantha I was just expecting what I was missing! ?

Update, this location has repeatedly scammed me out of money. Cancels online orders then states they dont see them. Scammed my cc after I went in to get my refund and had terrible customer service before the new year. Refund still not received and corporate is a joke. How fo you erase/delete curbside orders while a customer tries to check in? Disrespectful and annoying.Parking: Congested/complicated.Kid-friendliness: Offers options for kids.
