After a considerable time of staying away from sweets we decided to check out Nothing Bundt Cakes in the HD. I'm so glad we did as I was impressed from the time I pulled in to a huge parking lot with a lot of parking, until the time we left. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted with a nice smile from the staff. Each and every one of them were eager to assist in every way. Thank you guys! We decided to leave with a dozen of mini Bundt cakes which tasted pretty good. Yes, these cakes fully satisfied my sweet tooth and more. Excellent selection of flavors to satisfy every palate! It quickly became apparent to me that they use nothing but high quality ingredients, and it shows with every bite. No disappointments, Nothing Bundt Cakes has their products perfect. Not too sweet, nor overbearing. Just right! I will definitely be back you guys, thank you for a wonderful experience. Nash A.

Pre ordered for a birthday to make it easier for the workers. Received order confirmation, my card was charged.. all ready to go right? That would be a no. I get there, and they have no record of my order, that's already been paid for! I show them the screenshot with the order # and details... nope they still can't help me. No compassion, no apology, nothing. I was instructed to do another order with them, in the store and pay for my order AGAIN. They then told me I could call someone tomorrow to maybe get the extra charges off my card. No empathy, no money off for the inconvenience, or anything. Perhaps it's time to find employees that actually care about guests. I will definitely go elsewhere.

We placed an order for a party. We purchased 5 dozen of the signature mix with the lemon, chocolate chocolate chip, red velvet and strawberries and cream. Everything tasted delicious and they were a big hit! We also loved that they offered gluten free.

Janet had the worst attitude about everything! She needs to go work somewhere else if she hates this job . I will not Return here with her poor customer service , then the girl next to her made some rude comments as well after I asked for a manager ! She said there is No Manager ... terrible and its very pricey will never go back because of this vile cashier

This is my second time coming to this location & they have been so nice! They greeted me right away & asked if I needed anything help. Deja was so kind and helpful ! She helped me out and answered all the questions I had. Overall, my experience here has been nothing but good and sweet!
Great customer service the ladies up front helped me pick my cake out for Father’s Day. The decorator Fran was very nice and did an amazing job. My dad is going to love his cake.

The employees at this business lack compassion. I ordered a cake for Father's day and they called me at 2:47pm to let me know that it was ready and that they close at 3pm. I called back immediately to tell them thank you for calling and that I was unaware they closed early and that Maps said I would be there by 3:07 pm if someone could please wait so that I could pick up the cake. They told me that they close at 3pm and they are there until 3:05pm and that if I am not there by then that I can come and get the cake the next day. They could not wait two minutes? I rushed down Bear Valley and then called at 2:59pm to tell them I was at the signal light in front of their business and the light was red. I should be there by 3:02pm if they could please wait. She responded we close at 3pm. If you see someone in the lobby then we will open the door. I responded that the last person said 3:05pm. She said sorry we close at 3 and that is it. I got there at 3:01pm. No one was in the lobby. I banged on the door, no one came. I called and then someone answered and came. I spoke with two individuals but the only name I remember is Chayanne. I understand not wanting to work late but if someone called and prepaid over 50 dollars for a cake why would you not have enough heart to stay 7 mins after closing. u would imagine it would take more than 5 mins after closing to clean up the shop. I was extremely disappointed in the way I was treated and I am sure this is not the first time this has happened. They couldn't have cared less if I got my cake or not.

My wife and I come here almost every week. We love the cakes but my favorite is the carrot. The girls in the front always greet us with smiles and laughter. It’s really a great place for sweets and great conversations with the staff.

Love this place! The cakes are always so good! But what made my day were the staff. I saw one of the girls show compassion and gave a cake to a homeless person. Love seeing kindness spread.
