I always come here but today was very annoying because i walked in ordered waited 15 mins like they asked I got to the counter to get my food and the black girl at the counter with red braids said i gave your food away oops theyre making it now . no apology . no my bad no nothing just oh yeah making your food now . I have to be the work and you cant even try to make up for it nothing

I mostly like Ono but I feel like they don't always have the best cuts of meat. Sometimes you'll just get globs of fat or bone and it's just like... c'mon man, this stuff isn't cheap. Also, they're really stingy with the broccoli.

The short ribs were SO good! The service was lacking but the food made up for it.

Chicken Katsu had bones in it and When I brought it up to the manager she acted like this is commonplace. Food was hard and chewy and not hot. Won't be coming again.

The food grinds here is Ono delicious I can Kau Kau this grinds all day long also there's a great Aloha spirit Mahalo the best NO KA OUI

Thr place was dirty. Got my food fast but right away the outside of both my food boxes were greasy and dirty. As if the person preparing the food scooped my food with their bare or gloved hands and then rubbed the top of my boxes. All side dishes were good. The meats were tough and chewy. I ordered the bbq mixed plate.
