Customer service was great and the poke surpassed my expectations gave me a taste of the island from the mainland definitely worth five stars

Great service! Friendly girl helping us made our experience nice. The choices of seafood and toppings are great! You pick your rice, meat, toppings, and sauces. Only negative was the music playing, I took my mom for her birthday. The music had lots of bad and vulgar words, take a look at your audience when choosing your music to have on. I would definitely recommend and I would go back!

The food is really good but the reason I put 3 stars is that for the amount im paying I would expect for them to fill my bowl up, instead I get a half full bowl…. I paid 16$ for a small and the portions were disappointing so that’s also why I put 3 stars for service. When I go to any other poke place the bowl is so full that food is almost falling out and I kid you not I asked for cucumber and she gave me 4 thin slices and 5 micro pieces of mango. The rice also didn’t taste fresh it felt stale.

I visited the spot a few times. It hasn't been overly crowded, probably due to the parking lot entrance, but you are automatically greeted by the associate when walking in which is nice. The previous visit the associate was curt but this time they were quite polite. I ordered a medium poke bowl and some fried dumplings. I thought the portion sizes of the protein were reasonable, but I do get how people can get quite demanding for more. All my protein was fresh (i.e. spicy tuna, salmon, and ahi) and it was mixed with greens which were nice and crunchy. The associate was mindful of my edemame allergy which is appreciated. The fried dumpling took some time to fry up. Honestly, it was a bit too oily and dense for me so I wouldn't order it again. But the poke was nicely balanced with my add-ins and sauce. The inside of the restaurant is brightly decorated. If you choose to eat-in, there are plenty of spaces to sit at. And the place was quite clean. You can play on their shuffle board, take some nice photos with their backdrop, or watch/listen to the music videos playing on their 1 TV. I did think that the number of options available was random but perhaps ideal for others? Besides poke, there's various dumpling items, and also beer on tap. You could also get tea, a shake, or Boba. If you're looking for something warm, they offer ramen!

May husband and I come here all the time and love it but our most recent trip was not too good. The blonde woman who I believe is new definitely needs to be trained better because she didn’t do the bowl the way they usually do it. There was barely any rice and usually they will mix the scallops separate at the end with the sauce of your choosing. She also put way too much sauce and was barely putting any sides. We had to ask her to put more of stuff multiple times. It was like she was scared to use the ingredients. Other than that the food is always great quality.

Haven't been for a little while but when we did go on a regular basis (already under new management), we thought the food and service were both great. The new decors were super cute too

For me it's a downgrade from kaizen. Price gone way up and you get less options for your poke bowl, that's why I didn't bother getting it. It was nice they added spicey salmon as an option but they got rid of yellow tail and albacore, big no no. I just got Boba milk tea and that was delicious for the price but that was about it. The scenery felt plain compared to kaizen and it smells a little bit like paint or sawdust, prob from the remodeling done. They should add some type fresh scent for customers that walk in and bring back and add more options for the poke bowl. I recommend going to Manny's next door, they also remodeled and added way more stuff to their menu's and huge portions for the same price or less as poke haven.

I'd love to give them 5 stars but the protein wasn't very cold and they were out of a few options. Besides that, the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was nice and I will definitely be back.

I love the new look of this place. The food is equally as great and the customer service is outstanding and always friendly! I actually weighed my food, and it was almost a pound and a half! Pricing is similar to other places, but the amount of food you get is a lot more.Dietary restrictions: Great option for a feeling dinner even though I'm diabetic. I can get a spring mix and it doesn't raise my sugar!
