They need to cook their chicken to order. People will wait for hot cooked chicken. The sides should be hot and they never are. Service is fast because the chicken is old they just throw it in the box with the cold hard biscuit, and cold beans and rice.

I heard that Popeyes fried chicken in the United States is very famous. This is the first Popeyes I have eaten in the United States. The fried chicken is far inferior to the KFC at my door. The meat is very poor and the fried chicken is not good at all.

I went to your location to purchase a quick bite to eat after work at 9:27 pm. When I arrived I wasn’t sure if the location was still open so I double checked the hours online. Once I arrived at the window I wasn’t greeted with anything other than we are closed and all out of food. This has not been the first time this location had told me this. When I asked if the hours of operation online are wrong the person on the intercom said “no”. Then I asked if they were really out of food and I was told “ Ummm yeah, Something like that”. Are you really out of food or is this just laziness because you close soon?… Terrible service and it always happens around the same time. Never experience this at any other PopEyes just the location on Hesperia Rd.If I could give no stars I would.

Doctor Tragedy

Avoid this location at all costs. 2nd time I've attempted to order from this place, and both times they have been out of items "because our owner doesn't order enough product" and they absolutely refuse, rudely so as well, to offer any kind of substitute due to "owner's policy". I'm always just told to take it up with DoorDash to get a refund. Low-class service for mediocre food.

If I could give this location no stars I would. Stop in this location to have lunch with my kids. They had nothing no fries, honey or no blackened ranch wanted to substitute for another item on the menu that didn't have that either.

cashier was rude. employees yelling inappropriate language in the back. another cashier called a name a few times, someone finally walked up and she said "i was calling you". I asked for shrimp and i was met with " we aint got no shrimp".

Second time I've ordered take-out from this Popeye's,and for the second time the order is wrong. The delivery driver told me that's commonplace for this particular Popeye's. When I called to complain, received recording that the number wasn't accepting calls. Tried several times, same recording. That's one way not to listen to your customers.

Talk too much and not have work on first priority. Blonde Haired manager or supervisor whatever position she holds always has an attitude and uses personal phone while putting orders together then goes back to touching the food while talking too much. Poor Door Dasher, Uber Eats and others that deliver. They don't have food ready whatsoever, they don't make it till you get there and let them know you're there to pick up the order then you have to wait for the food to be ready and who knows how long that will take. I've been here many times hoping it would change but the future doesn't look good. From my many years of fast food experiences, this store needs new management, I didn't say someone to get fired, I said new management that has the courage to put everyone in check.
