We bought shakes for dessert. They tasted funny. They were not made with real ice cream or real flavorings. When we put them in the freezer, they did not freeze. Don't waste your money.

I am a uber eats driver and i have never once received this kind of disrespect as i have here. I came at around 9:30 to pick up a uber eats delivery and did as i was instructed, i parked pressed the red button and a girl responded and said “we are closed” in a rude voice, i responded and said we had a uber eats delivery and she responded saying that again they are closed and when i asked what am i supposed to do since i have already grabbed the delivery she didn’t respond. I went to the drive thru instead to maybe receive help and there was a white chubby female who didnt even open the window to talk to us but all she did was nod her head side to side even when i showed my screen, i understand that her job must be hard and she might want to go home. I have a sister who works next door in panera and deals with people all day, but that doesn’t give the excuse to be outwardly disrespectful. They need to understand that this is my job too and i spent my gas to go to sonic to deliver and do my job. just because my job is different then hers doesnt mean it isnt just as hard and time consuming. I genuinely have never experienced people this rude. The service here is terrible and i will never come here to eat personally just because of this interaction. I hardly ever write reviews but this was so bad that I had to write one.

Placed order and was charged on credit card. Samantha the manager told me, she would not fill order. I asked how to get refund she told me not my problem call the app. I sept 15 minutes on phone with corporate for my refund. Samantha is very unprofessional and rude.

The onion rings are my new foodie love. The peanut butter bacon shake was good but you need a bigger straw because the bacon chunks get caught and plug up the straw.

I ordered the supersonic bacon double cheeseburger with tater tot’s and a six inch chili cheese coney. It’s honestly the best Sonic I’ve ever had, I didn’t even know Sonic could taste this good. Every bite of this burger elevates me higher and higher into heaven. Tater tots came out steaming! The perfect crunch, and the chili cheese coney just topped it off so beautifully. I’m not up here often, but I’ll go out of the way to come back here. It was sooo good, clean, staff was nice, and just amazing experience. I forgot I was at Sonic a couple times.

Over the course of this past week, I have gone to Sonic in hopes of enjoying one menu item; their sausage breakfast burrito. To my surprise and utter disappointment, twice I went and was told that they didn't have the ingredients, whether it was the eggs or simply the willpower to make it I'm not sure. Today I thought, third times the charm and for once I was correct.Unfortunately, this is where my good luck ran out. Upon placing the order, I had to wait at the window for several minutes before receiving the worst excuse for a burrito I have ever seen. Many times in the past I have received very delightful meals from this location. It's gotten to the point where I can easily judge the quality based on the feel and first look behind the foil wrapper. Sometimes they have been tightly wrapped, condensed flavors for a beautiful meal. Other times, the cheese has delicately sealed the burrito, protecting the contents from falling out.In one of the worst experiences I have ever had when unwrapping my food, I could immediately tell the food was going to be a disappointment. The burrito was loosely wrapped; no seal of cheese could be seen. The person at the window said it was hot. It was warm at best. Upon further inspection, I was horrified to find out that my burrito had been rolled the WRONG WAY. I can understand if burritos aren't often ordered. But to lack the common sense and practicality to incorrectly roll a burrito is testament to a fall in humanity. To have a burrito divided into eggs and sausage on opposite sides instead of beautifully melded with cheese is the deepest heartbreak one can experience from a restaurant. I will never be able to look at a burrito the same way again without being haunted by this memory. All enjoyment has been glazed over by this torment. I wouldn't wish this on anyone else. Order your meals wisely, and your restaurants even wiser.Sincerely,Jolene

My opinion, I never known to wait over 15 minutes for a cup of ice and American hot dog, I turned my car off at the window from waiting so long. A hot dog shouldn't take that long (I'm sure the long line behind me probably thought I ordered more). I think they were quick with taking people their drinks and bags of ice, but the food was the issue. This was my first time coming to this location and they are very slow. If you are on a schedule with time (don't come here). I'm not a fan of the long wait, but this is my opinion.

We pull up to place an order and instead of the lady saying thank you for choosing Sonic or something along those lines, she starts off by saying there is a 20 minute wait. My husband then asked if there was a 20 minute wait for two slush? She responds there is a 20 minute wait for everything. Wow...really a 20 minute wait for something you don't need to cook?!?! My husband asked to speak with the manager and she says she is the manager on duty. Horrible customer service...no wonder there are no customers here.

Decided to try this place tonight. Have been sick for the last two weeks and just wanted a chocolate milkshake. Have to say that was the worst milkshake I have ever tasted! It tasted like mud. Not going back!
