I visited this location today. I was ordering a caramel frap with oat milk. When I got to the window for some reason my app would not work. I had the pleasure of having the best barista ever by the name of Ally. Even though my app wouldn't work she didn't let that get in the way of anything. Service is the slowest I’ve experienced at any Starbucks. Took 25+ min to get a venti iced coffee! They were moving in slow motion leisurely working. The iced coffee had too much milk and too much ice. It was very weak and watered down. There was a lady for mobile order pick up and she had been waiting for at least 15 min while it was sitting behind the counter. Not my favorite location but the drinks are on point. Starbucks really does train their employees like champions so even if their customer service skills are lacking they always make you something delicious
