Starbucks is always a great place to get great drinks. I noticed the sizing of cups are smaller and cost more. Also the service was less than mediocre.

I live close to this Starbucks so I frequent there a lot but the employee named Jenn is very rude and I have no idea why she is placed at the window. She never looks happy to be there, she doesnt say “Hello” , shes very rude and talks in a tone. The night staff is amazing and so sweet, I wish the morning staff would show the same energy.

Our drinks came out fast, even though they were packed. Everything was correct and delicious.
The barista Was very rude after she got my husband drunk size wrong, and then she put a bunch of whip cream at the bottom of his cup to make it a grande instead of remaking, his drink, or adding to it.

I wouldn’t recommend the hot chocolate from here. Something tasted very odd. Tasted just a little bit like hot chocolate but yet it didn’t taste like it. I had to pour it into a different cup because I thought the weird taste was coming from the paper cup but it was not. I even had someone else that was with me try it and they said the same thing as me. Don’t get the hot chocolate.
