Fish and 2 sides $20The zucchini and onion rings saved the dinner.Everyone had received the smallest slivers of steaks and chicken fillets so thin , More mushrooms on the plate covering the chicken. I always bragged this place up but dang it , not anymore. Appetizers were bigger than the dinners. Everything tasted good, service was good and the place is clean.

Pretty dang good!I take my dad here for his birthday or father's day and every single time it's an awesome experience. The staff is very friendly. Orders come out insanely quick even though there's a lot of other people there. With a bunch of other patrons, the building still finds a way to be quietFood is top quality and expect to pay for it.Parking: Pretty open lotWheelchair accessibility: It's accessible to wheelchairs. The strawberry lemonade was good and our server was friendly and attentive. That is it for positive points.Our steaks were raw and tough as nails. I always order medium rare, but what we received was low quality and rare.Very disappointing.

We went in on a Friday at 6pm with a party of 15. So when they told us an hour wait, I understood. It wasn't until 2 hours later that they took us back to 3 totally separate tables. It was upsetting because it was my husband's birthday and we had friends and family from out of town and we didn't even get to sit together. I also had a comment to make about the bartender... She is middle aged, dirty blond and most likely on something. She was all over the place, very high emotions and we all felt like anything was going to set her off at any time. My friend asked her what was in one of the drinks on the menu and her response was, "It says it all right there". When he did make his selection, she said boring... However, the food was fantastic as it always is. Our server Juan was outstanding! He stayed on top of all 3 of our tables, several appetizers, drink refills, bar drinks, food and all the little side orders of condiments. He would carry multiple drinks at once, to keep everyone happy. He had plates lined up his arm when the food was ready. He was super positive and just a wonderful professional. I will always recommend Steer 'N Stein because we have been coming here for years and will continue. I just wish this bartender was not there when we go because it was not a good bar experience, not to mention she can't even make drinks. The jack and cokes were all jack, not that were complaining but we had to get a coke from our server once we were seated just to mix into our drinks. I also think the hostess staff could be better trained on quoting correct wait times and communicating with the party if you are going to seat them at separate tables anyways, don't make them wait for 2 hours and at least ask if they are ok with being separated.

Service is good depending on the day. Food is decent for the price. The exception is the SAD salad they serve with a glob of dressing. We have been here a few times and each time the salad is wilted. It seems this is the norm.

Very comfortable casual family Go to for steak dining and the prices are reasonable and the service is always outstanding! I'm a cowgirl steak kind of gal ??
Our waiter was amazing but the food was garbage. We asked for a medium cooked steak and it came out well well well done like hamburger meat. My mom's potatoes were swimming in butter like soup. Of course they charge alot for this poor quality food. We won't be coming here again.

This place was great the food was awesome. The staff here is very friendly and there to help you out. Definitely try the fried zucchini appetizer it was very good. If you are a french fry fan steak fry in particular you will also love this place. It is tucked away pretty good you definitely have to go look for it. If ever in Victorville driving by you definitely need to stop and try it out. They also give you quite a bit of food I can barely eat all mine

I have been coming here for many years and it always has been great but tonight was such a disappointment. Our salads came out and had so much salad dressing on them that my son and I couldn't finish them. I got 8oz steak and shrimp combo which I have gotten for many years. My plate came out and my steak looked like a piece of carne asada. It looked like they took a steak and fileted it in half to cut cost. My steak was way overcooked and I got breaded shrimp, which were still raw inside when I took a bite. Of course, zucchini and onion rings were great as always. My husbands and sons food was fine. Our waitress was great with how busy she was, they should have had extra runners to help her out with how busy it was. My family doesn't go out to eat alot so I was really craving and looking forward to this meal. I really don't see my family going back any time soon after what happened tonight which is sad because we have always loved going here to eat.
