Burnt my bread and didn't want to make a new one, she had attitude the whole time, I should have walked out,
Today we picked up sandwiches. The girl working seemed somewhat "pre-occupied" and never smiled or made eye contact. When she put the sandwiches in the toaster, she walked away. When she came back, she turned it on again. This resulted in burnt bread. 2 of the sandwiches were not too bad but 1 was. When she remade it, she told us she wasn't going to change the contents. We should have just walked out at that point but after a long day, we just wanted to go home. Customers should not be made to feel the need to accept a product when the employee clearly was at fault. Normally, this Subway has great service and food.

One thing I love about this Subway is that they are open late! Because of my schedule, when places are open late, it scores big points with me. Besides that, this location always makes my sandwich perfect.
