This is another terrible Subway location. The lettuce was browning. They skimped on the meat. The bread was hard. And this Subway continues the policy of the other Subways in the high desert of not providing water cups. It’s like they are trying to force people to buy one of their drinks, even though they have to know that the only reason most people eat at Subway is because they have healthier options - or at least lower calorie options. How does a sugar bomb fit into that picture? So why not provide water, like literally every other fast food place does? They are trying to be stingy, apparently.

The reason why I'm given a 1 for atmosphere. This is the second Subway I have been in where a fly is swarming around the meats and vegetables. One actually landed on an online order sub, while the worker back was turned. I inform them, but they notice that a fly was flying around. She put the top down, but another worker opened it back up. As The workers was preparing sandwiches For the customers, the fly kept flying around the food. And they was fanning it away. While it was landing on the outer parts of the containers of food. Actually, don't know how many times it land on the food before. I even got in there. P.S they got my chicken from the back, but the fly could have been back there too.

I placed a curbside order and waited 7 minutes after my order was already supposed to be delivered to be car. After seeing several people walking in and out I finally decided to get out only to be handed my order has if they were waiting for me to pick it up inside when I specifically ordered curbside. By the time I got my order my food was cold and soggy, not to mention one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly. I asked for toasted bread and my bread was not. I asked for sauce on the side and didn't receive it. I paid extra for avocado and received no avocado, and we all know how pricey sandwiches at subway can be. I called to file a complaint and was just told that the manager was not available. I left a message and have yet to receive a call back.

Order two sandwiches through mobile order both with avocado on them. Drove home to feeling which is the 30-minute drive to figure out that both didn't have avocado on them that was extra 2.50 per sandwich. Which I did not get on my sandwich so technically they stole from me. By the time I got home the subway was closed and I couldn't call them to complain about it.

This subway is absolutely amazing the service here is great the food here never disappoints I'm telling you when I say the bread her and food here is fresh I honestly mean it thank you to Edwin and the staff super awesome

Order a Buffalo chicken sub and the bread was all doughy and the chicken and cheese was cold. Bad service

Mr. Lujada was a very unprofessional & racistEmployee,....He did not cater to, or respect my Autistic son's food allergies & was not willing to help my son separate Tuna from gluten bread to a simple cup of tuna that he could eat with his own gluten free bread N our food basket in the car.We told him, We could still pay for a full size sandwich...but just separate his tuna & put it in a cup....Mr.lujada & store manager ,(on the phone), refused to help my Autistic son....
