I was pleased with my 2 tacos. I used a buy 1 get 1 free coupon without any issue or substandard skimping on the quality of the food. They treated me well as if I spent $50 dollars. I appreciate good food and great service. A discount in price should not yield poor service or substandard food. Taco Bell delivered good food at a reasonable price.

Went around 1215 and waited at the window for about 10 mins come to find out the drive thru was close since 11 “due to weather”. Next time put a sign on the speaker instead of the window where customers pay at. Waisted time. The employee inside looked right us and instead of signaling to pull forward so we can see the sign he just continued whatever he was doing.

I don't know why I keep trying Taco Bell because it's not like it used to be. For the first half of my life Taco Bell was wonderful the meat had the best flavor and everything was really good there but in the last 10 years it's just gone to heck and I don't know what they're using for me but it does not taste like ground beef and everything is just like cheap fillers. The beans and rice taste like they're from a box and just really bad quality and everything is so small hardly anything inside the burritos or tacos unless you get one of those burritos that has 12 different ingredients. Are you still love the little chips and cheese snack that they had there but the last several times I ordered that I was given a bag half full of chips and the cheese cup is less than half full and very tiny the price has tripled and if you ask for extra cup of cheese you'll pay a dollar for less than one teaspoon of cheese. It's just sad because I have this memory of how good it was and I want it to be that way again but I guess those days are long gone. Along with the Bell beefer which used to be the best thing they had on the menu oh also the Enchirito that was wonderful but the ground beef is not anything like it used to be so even if they brought those items back they probably wouldn't taste that good. ??

Great for a quick & low cost meal ,staff was on it for sure no mistakes & very kind customer service.Parking: Lots of parking & very close to othere stores all in the same plaza Loke Ross,Pets mart ,Vons & many others very safe place to walk around & get in those steps ?Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair room everywhere, table space, when you order & bathrooms are very clean
The staff was fast and courteous. The tortillas and chips tasted fresh. There was a lot of filling in the burritos and taco. I definitely recommend this Taco Bell.
I waited a long while to be served, and after a few minutes of no acknowledgement, ordered at their automated kiosk, which was simple, and straightforward.Meal was great, I got the cravings box, which I'm very glad they brought back. Right now, it features a chalupa, a very good deal for 5.99.The holiday decorations are unobtrusive and pleasant!

Very disappointed in the volume of food included in our Beef Chalupa Supreme and Nacho Cheese DLT. The Beef Chalupas were 80% lettuce and the Nacho Cheese DLT were less than a quarter full. We basically paid for a empty taco shell.
