Ambiance: was enjoyable to be there. Clean and tidy. Service: The Cashier was friendly and listening to all the cooks laughing and having fun was a plus. Food: The reason we were there. absolute garbage. We bought a chicken sandwich ( a referral by the cashier) Spicy Chicken. There was nothing spicy about it unless a burnt bun was the spicy part. I never have seen a chicken sandwich where you couldn't see the chicken. if this is what was on the menu i need glasses. I wanted, what was a picture of the monthly special a beautiful picture with 2 slices of meat with 2 different kinds of cheese, a special sauce, and grilled onions on 2 slices of rye bread. I wish I took a picture. I received one slice of meat the orange melted cheese and some nasty opinions that were probably on the grill for 2 seconds. the sandwich was flat/squished. I frequent Habit monthly in the southern California area and this was absolutely disgusting. Oh, the onion rings there approximately 6. I don't get it nothing was like the pictures or what we are used to. Very sad

Normally this location is great,Never had much of an issue with service or food until now.Came inside at 8:30pm on a Thursday. They close at 9pm for the inside but the drive thru stays open until 10pm...Anyways, I'm told I can not eat inside because they close soon.Complete garbage...

THE WORLD DOES NOT DESERVE ESMERALDA!!! SHE IS AN ANGEL!!! It was just before closing and she brought my son's meal out to our car right as he had thrown up all over himself and all over our car. She saw what was happening and came back with napkins and a plastic bag, she asked if we needed anything else and she then offered us water as well...I was so grateful. There is nothing more stressful than having your toddler vomit all over the car at 10pm on a road trip. I don't know what I would have done without Esmeralda's kind gesture. She could have continued her cleaning and ignored our situation, but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND! WHAT AN ANGEL ON EARTH! THE FOOD IS ALWAYS PERFECT....BUT ESMERALDA WAS THE THE ICING ON THE CAKE! Great burger with fast service and a fair price, couldn't ask for more.Plenty of seats and parking so it was a comfortable food stop on the way to work in the area.
Went to the drive thru around 9 pm Nov 7, lady taking my order was very unprofessional, I was taking my order and asked for a grilled chicken salad, she interrupted me before I can finish and said “Chicken Cesar Salad Yeah What else” 2 completely different salads mind you and as she clearly heard me thinking about what else to order she interrupts me again and says “So that’s it for your order” not as a question but as a statement, asked if I wanted teriyaki sauce on top I said no, on the side please, ended up getting no teriyaki sauce what so ever, she had glasses and a hat and she doesn’t seem to care how disrespectful she was, gave me the wrong salad no sauces and everything else wrong too, going to be sticking to the one in Hesperia for now on.

Omg... Who runs this place??!! While traveling we arrived at 8:20!!! To this habit And the meanager had the nads to tell me they cannot let Us eat inside because they are closing at 9:00 and they need to close the dining room. WTF??!! So why do they say dining room Closes at 9:00??? So then the manager got all crappy with me because I questioned them closing the dining room 40 min early. That woman needs to be fired. She's no manager. I eat at the habit in Santa Clarita every day. The managers as well as the area managers know us by first name. I probably spend $30 a night 5 nights a week...and they never do this. I'll never ever eat at the habit ever again. And will go out of my way to tell as many people every day for the rest of my life how crappy this place treats you.

The salmon burger is nasty. That's the only one I've tried. I usually only order the fried green beans that's deep fried in their tempura mixture (which is delicious).
