They never have everything or are too lazy to make certain things, yet, they advertise all items, are available. Not true.

I ordered as normal, the wait for the pretzel to be made was 10 minutes. So went to a store real quick while we waited to be done. Got back and showed my ticket and the male cashier was super rude and his actions made it seem homophophic towards me and my partner. Get out of the line and see that they forgot an item, so I go back and the stares from him were very rude.

Worse pizza bite pretzel's ever, they were very dry and no garlic butter what so ever. Teach your employees how to make your product by your recipe before you loose your business.

I got a pretzel ROCK. 2 Stars because the customer service was fine but im still satisfied. After a certain amount of time the pretzels should be tossed out and shouldnt be allowed to be served. Its a waste of my money. As soon as i got home i threw it away because it wasnt edible.

Their cheese dough wrapped sausages weren't fully cooked the dough still needed to be cooked it's like they rushed or didn't know their cooking time, but the pepperoni pretzel was good.
