Chzbgrwich was not good at all. 2nd which was a build my own... but the lady didn't read it and made it incorrectly. No greeting when entering... no smile... no thank you either.... sad really... I unfortunately understand why we were the only ones in the place.

Well, my BYO sandwich (chicken and ham) was delicious so I'll just give them 5 stars. Regular size is $16.

Very uninspired, they didn't have all the ingredients to make the one sandwich I really wanted and the one I got wasn't a great alternative. I wish I had saved the money.

My first time at this business to try it out. I like that you can build your own sandwich and the different offers they give you. The Sandwich I order was ok it lacked flavor, it was made pretty hefty for what I paid. However they were out of French fries,They were out of varieties of thier soft drinks and way under stock of thier chips, only had two options to choose from. The dinning area wasn't kept up really well. Floor and couple of table were dirty. front door was pretty dirty with hand prints you could tell it hadn't been cleaned for awhile. The Young lady that helped us was Friendly and apologetic from being out of stock. She even refunded our money back for our drink due to being out of stock of what we wanted to drink. I would understand if this business was overwhelmed with customers and staff was taking orders left and right to be out of items, but it was pretty quiet. I'm not to sure if I will be willing to give this business a second chance.

Zero stars actually. This place is soggy dumpster trash. Ordered online for pickup at 7:20pm (store closes at 9). Get there at 7:45 to find the store closed - lights off, doors locked, but my card was charged the $50. The next day the Gen Z'er behind the counter tells me to "not catch an attitude" with her - you closed up out of boredom and stole $ from me. Of course I have an attitude, you mush brain.

This place is closed. When I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up, to my surprise, no one was there. Yet the app accepts mobile orders and the online status is “open.” When I tried to call to cancel, the phone number was no longer in service. There’s no way to get in touch with anyone to be refunded. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

Visited for the first time. It was actually really nice as I walked in there was just one person on shift as it appeared the young lady was super nice and friendly. My sandwich was delicious I ordered a white tuna sandwich with everything on it . Prices are a bit pricey but if you come on Wicked Wednesday it's just $6.00. Be sure to claim your 15% if your checking in for the first time or just save it for later .

Foods good but won't come again. Very very over priced. 2 sandwiches one with adding avocado. 41 bucks. Can go to a resteraunt for that price. Avocado is 4 bucks.
This place gets worse every time I go. This time around, they apparently can’t read. As you can see, I didn’t get the cheese or the cucumbers I put I wanted. Similar issue for my bf’s sandwich. We had both gotten fries and only received one. When it was brought up, one of the workers said we had only ordered one. We showed both bags had fries marked and she said “well I didn’t charge you for it.” Another customer in the store had the exact same issue as us. I’ve worked in a similar store before. It’s not that hard to read what the customer literally wrote, or in this case marked, and put what was requested.

Would not recommend. Staff wasn't rude or anything, just service was lacking. They forgot multiple items and food took awhile to get out to us.Maybe in the future I can update this to a better review, but my first time there was not enjoyable.In their defense, they only had 2 people working and one was one the younger side, so maybe more staffing and better training would help.

I normally don't write reviews but I'm beyond frustrated with this business. I've been to this location a few times where there is only 1 person working. Why hasn't management or the owner stepped up to the plate and gone in to help? Also, I placed an order online only to get there and find out they were closed. I called the next day asking if they could refund which I was handed off to a "manager" that then told me the boss had to refund me my money. I called again and received no help. It's been almost 3 weeks now and no refund.

This location is clean but the young little girl at the register was very very rude and over charged me ...VERY UNHAPPY WITH HER SERVICE AND CERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF HER...she needs better customer service skills

I loved my vegan sandwich!! I've never been to a which wich before. I built my own because the black bean (vegan patty) and avocado just didn't have enough veggies for me. I will definitely come back. This is the only "chain" sandwich shop that I know of that carries a vegan patty (and that by itself had good flavor!). I will get a smaller sandwich though (or expect to eat the rest later maybe ?. The way I did it was super filling!
