Didn't get what we ordered as we ordered it. when we arrived the sandwich wasn't made yet in spite of the app saying so. There was only one person working and we had to approach about our order. This poor girl was in over her head and who ever did the scheduling for this Saturday lunch hour should be fired. It was the weekend before Christmas and you left her all alone. I don't blame her for her performance. As we were leaving another customer yelled at her. Shame on management.

OMG went here for the first time, shop was dirty, windows and door look nasty. Worker very unprofessional and ungroomed, flat bread Cold along with the egg, there was no coffee, no drinks, really ?

Went to Subway to pick up an Uber order and of all the food service I go to whether it's personal or work Its not very often anymore you see really good customer service. This young man (im older!) is VERY POLITE to all the customers that come into Subway. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Love it!! Thank you Marcos YOU ROCK!!!

I went to pick it up after OnlineOrder and they told me there was no OnlineOder!!! that sucks! Why would you lie about that!Then make it now and make a mess! I really don't want to eat it !

I have been to the subway for the past several years and I've hesitated to write a review but unfortunately this is probably the worst subway in Orange County. They don't make fresh cookies daily because every time I come the cookies are stale and I have to give them back then they never make juices. I asked the worker why and he said because the people in the morning shift are lazy. Now I can see why this establishment gets 2.3 stars and if I am Subway corporate I would have a talk with the franchisee to fix their problems or they should just sell and let another hard-working owner take over the Store because this is unacceptable and it's a bad look for Subway

If I could give zero stars I would the boy working at 7:15pm today had the worst customer service was super rude. We walked out and don't even finish our sandwich order. He needs training on communication skills and food prep and contamination.

Customer service is horrible. Ordered two sandwiches digitally. When I got home and unwrapped they had very few items correct on both. I dont mind picking off a couple olives, but this was onions, cucumbers, etc. I called and asked for them to be remade. I showed up and the attitude was over the top. The guy behind the counter was so rude! I asked a question and he replied sarcastically " Well I don't want to get it wrong". I asked if he would like the incorrect sandwiches back, his reply "makes no difference to me". He grabbed and threw in trash. No apology, nothing. What does he think? I want to spend my gas and time to drive back to irratate him? I will never spend my money again at that location.

The lady was clearly sick she voiced sounded flemmy and she coughed super flemmy no face mask and she wiped her nose on her sleeve when I asked her if she was sick she said no just cuz her nose is itchy and she coughed doesn't mean she's sick I reluctantly paid cuz she had already made my sandwich I mean if ur sick at least wear a face mask.

I expect the manager or owner of this Subway to call me back. I placed an order today. According to my receipt, the pickup time was for 1:05pm. I went to pick up my order and even though there was one customer, my order was not ready. I had my son wait for it while I was out front. My order was finally ready at 1:25pm. My son walked out with the bag and I saw that the order was incomplete. The Coke I ordered was filled halfway with no ice (Stephanie filled it and handed it to my son). And two chips were missing. I went inside and as to not be rude, I said to Stephanie "excuse me, my son just got my order and it's incomplete. I am missing two chips." She started yelling at me "EXCUSE ME? EXCUSE ME??? EXCUSE ME!!!!!! Get out of here you rude b*tch!" She said this to me in front of my child. I told her she doesn't need to be rude and I just want my two chips. So I grabbed two bags and she started yelling that I was stealing. I told her I'm not and asked her to look at the receipt for my order. She threw whatever was in her hand. Then she cussed me out and started throwing other things. She then told me to get "the f*ck out" and made threats of police for stealing chips. I said "if I really didn't order them then I understand but can you check?" She yelled no and came at my face. I left the chips and walked out. I got my phone out of my car and looked at my receipt. I did in fact pay for them so I returned inside. I said "ma'am, I have my receipt and I want to show you I am not stealing and just want my two chips." She yelled at me and started high pitch screaming. Two patrons, elderly, were frightened by the whole scene. I took my chips and left but she called me names and cussed me out as I walked out. In front of my child. Stephanie's behavior is unacceptable. Screaming, cussing, and throwing food for what reason? It's 2 chip bags!

I don't know what happened. I used to love coming here all the time. Staff changes have made it difficult to want to go back. Juan and Cyndi knew exactly how I wanted my food and they made it perfect every time. If you burn the food you should start over not just give it to your customer that way. Maybe you need to train your staff better. I won't be back and I won't recommend this location.

Good food and services, the door was locked 40 minutes after it was supposedly open at 7:40 but quality ingredients and good.

Remember if you order you have to wear a mask, but as soon as you're done ordering, you can take it off. Moronic. Makes no sense.

This subway is my current favorite! I've been to a lot in Orange and this one I always have to come back. The employees are so polite always greeting me "Hello welcome to subway". I don't have to wait in line because the employees already know my order which I'm so thankful for. They have everything clean and organize. The only down fall would be the loud kids from school that do not know how to behave and are always causing problems with acting like little toddlers and throwing food around the store. I truly recommend this subway.

ummm...not fav subway location cuz orders r so incorrect & sooo often. Almost hav 2 monitor order & double check b4 leaving. Staff mite be overwhelmed (understaffed) or franchise owner "policies." Also the service is very new-age when it comes 2 "manners."Great bread tho & convenience still remains.
