Id rate the over all menu a 3.5 (too many blah options to choose from), but thankfully I think we actually ordered some of the best this time!! We really enjoyed the wings, brussel sprouts, meatballs, and chicken sandwich. Last time their tacos were excellent as well. Very cool local hang out with live music and half off wine bottles on Wednesday nights. Our server named Victor was excellent and very helpful! Awesome outdoor patio as well. I rated this a 5 star due to our server, ambiance, and we were really happy with the menu choices we made. Will be back to give it another try and would recommend to others as well!

If you are ever in the Villa Park area and want amazing baked goods, this is your place.It's also your place for breakfast and appetizers. I've not had dinner here. The staff is always friendly and the food is good.If you're trying to lose weight, stay away from the bakery counter. The pastries are so tasty and freshly baked. The cakes are an artistic treat.

I called here on a Saturday to ask if kids were welcome and the place even advertises "good for kids." The initial worker that answered the phone said that they are welcome, but never informed me that there's a 10 pm cut-off. We were traveling far to visit this restaurant. I called again to double check and the male worker was super rude over the phone saying that "No kids allowed." I explained that I spoke with someone earlier and she said it was ok. The male was trying to justify that it's a bar when it's advertised as a Café/Bakery. He didn't even bother apologizing because I was initially misinformed. So confusing! I haven't even stepped into the place and already exhibited bad service.

Karaoke from 6-9:30 on Tuesdays! They have happy hour specials and taco Tuesday specials...What a perfect combination of live musical entertainment & delicious deals! I know I can't pass that up. The locals make the place come alive. The wait staff and bartender are friendly. The bathroom is clean. There's a outdoor patio for some fresh air. There's a connecting bakery and you can bring the items from there and put it on your tab. This local gem is where I'd go for a yummy and fun Tuesday night! How about you?

We waited over 45 minutes for our food. It was on a Wednesday night so it wasn't busy. The drinks flowed; however, the food took way too long. My kids were hangry and definitely antsy. Wished we loved this place as it is in the neighborhood but most likely will not be returning for dining service and maybe only for drinks.
