Was in town for a conference with my family and we were looking for a pizza place. This had the best reviews, so we tried it out. We had amazing customer service by Maria! We ordered a large pizza with chicken wings, garlic cheese bread with extra garlic, and potato wedges. Everything was absolutely delicious! The only thing I would change is the ranch, but I would highly recommend this place. Wonderful service and delicious food always makes a happy customer ?

I'm paralyzed. I was going to make copies at another store in the same shopping center. The handicap access ramp was blocked by a vehicle buying pizza. The gentleman wanted to fight me over access to the ramp. I went about my day and as I was finished, I went to 5 star pizza. I went with the intentions to ask the owner to please advise the customers that the federal laws prohibited blocking access to handicapped people. Before I could explain both owners told me if I'm not buying pizza to get the F out. They recorded the entire episode. Well I did too. Because of the customer blocking access the police came. Harassed me as the owners stated I'm homeless even though they don't know me. So the cops placed me on a 5150 evaluation. I was kidnapped, tied down, and drugged by medical staff. Just to be released within hours as safe and sane to the public and myself. I'm wanted on a 1,500,000 dollar no bail hold. Yet my medical conditions make the county liable if I die. So they used an illegal 5150 evaluation. Towed my vehicle even though I wasn't in it. 5 star pizza upon entering it is filthy. The owners appear messy, the attitude to the disabled community is disgusting. Oh and I will be suing this establishment along with VPD, Kaweah Health, FEDERAL LAWS APPLY TO VISALIA TOO!!Parking: If you are handicapped your parking will be blocked. Federal laws are tossed out. And I was placed on a mental health evaluation for trying to get to the copy store

We are in from Iowa and wanted a mom and pop pizza joint. Hands down nailed it, I did the BBQ chicken and husband dis the Italian. OMG both were fantastic. The crust had a crunch in every bite, the store was clean and service was amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING IT A TRY!
