“We had a very large catering order of their bagels and had an AMAZING experience. The bagels were fresh, the presentation was cute, and we had many compliments on the taste. We ended up ordering an extra variety of pastries because they were so delicious and affordable. Baked were flexible to work with and we will definitely work with them again!“

“This place gets it! People want not just coffee but traditional coffee shop like expresso, cappuccino and other in-house specialties they offer. Don’t even get me started on the bread with it being so soft freshly baked and colorful. Come and try this whole in the bakery with friendly staff and nice ambiance. “I Ordered them on Grub hub so this review is strictly for the food. I still haven't been inside shop. We ordered 6 different ones to taste. They look appetizing and I like that they came individually packaged. So my first thought is beautiful but really sweet. Yes I know they're dessert but for mine and my wife's taste buds just tooo sweet. We couldn't even finish one between us and our son. These are definitely a treat to us. Perhaps next time we will order just a plain one. But they are good and the cinnamon roll can withstand the toppings. I recommend giving them a try.“
“These cupcakes are absolutely incredible! I love trying all their different flavors. Tiramisu and pineapple upside down cake are two of my favorites. The giant cookies are pretty great to. I can't wait to try their milkshakes. Friendly staff and great service.“
“Stopped in about 20 minutes before closing. The store was busy, but the line went fast. One line was to pick up previously ordered items and a separate line to order or purchase items in store. Despite being a few minutes from closing, there was lots to choose from in the display case. I settled on a red velvet bundtlet and an Oreo bundtlet, which is only available until Monday. I sampled both and they were equally delicious. The red velvet was moist with some chocolate chips dispersed here and there randomly within the cake. It was topped with cream cheese frosting. Delicious! The Oreo one was good, but drier. It had crushed Oreos in it and a sweet vanilla frosting. I want to sample the carrot cake next!“
“I'm in love with this bakery! I love Visalia - I grew up here and moved away. When I come back, I remember how much I love my town. This bakery has amazing, fresh, unique and delicious pastries. Almond croissant, chocolate almond croissants, muffins, fresh sour dough bread, sandwiches. I was 2nd in line and the gentleman in front of me let me go first bc he had a big order. Again, people from Visalia are so sweet. How much I love and miss this town! I ordered the chocolate almond croissant, prosciutto with cheese croissant sandwich and a loaf of sour dough bread (from previous day bc fresh wasn't ready until after 10am). The staff is so friendly. They must get annoyed by people who are so happy to see all their delicious pastries. The sandwich was fresh, prosciutto was thinly sliced and gave a nice salty taste. I didn't feel sick or heavy like I have with donut shop "ham and cheese" croissants. The chocolate almond croissant is amazing!!! So fresh, flaky, so many flavors going on and it's huge! This is my absolute favorite! I can't wait to slice up the sour dough and make sandwiches when I get home. I live 3 1/2 hours away so the sour dough may not survive. It smelled so good! Super cute bakery, great customer service and so happy to see Visalia prosper!! Please support your local business!“
