Food is good, but seriously need to have a pickup only line for call in orders. I ordered from work and have limited time and there was a line of people ordering.. took forever, what's the use of calling in the order?

Don't waste your time and money! Had hubby pick up a salad and 2 sandwiches, they had our salad in a small pizza box, no tomatoes or other ingredients that belong on salad! Then sandwiches had No tomatoes, and not very much of meat! And no cheese! Missing so much! This Boston is NOT RECOMMENDED!!

I saw a cockroach run across my table and it is absolutely disgusting, And It is a total rip off coming from a food writer save your money and time DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!!!

Very unsatisfied we sat down to eat there was a roach crawling on the wall behind me and my husband. i kindly went over to notify them and they spoke in a different language then asked me what i wanted them to do well its disgusting we still had alot of food left and then one of the girls says it happens its normal so i than responded with so if your eating somewhere and there a roach crawling your okay with that i was in disgust and disbelief they literally wanted to do nothing then basically say it was normal for roaches to crawl on the walls first and last time!! never had this experience anywhere else smh!!

Boy, what a treat. My grandparents offered to take me to lunch today, I of course obliged. Boston House Of Pizza was the destination, and a satisfying choice to say the least. Let's start with that entry! Walking in, the place looked like you could throw a party in it. Typical open pizza joint. Arcade games in the back. Beer on tap. I didn't get pizza though, when I go to pizza places I usually stray away from the pizza. I'm weird like that. I like seeing what they got on that specialty, for example this behemoth of a sandwich, The Chicken Kabob sandwich. BEAUTIFUL. The bread was so incredibly warm and crisp, the chicken was seasoned to perfection and the overwhelming smell of heaven lingered in my nostrils the entire ride home. I believe the cheese was feta cheese, I'm unsure, damn it was good though. I poured house sauce all over it and it created an entire next level of flavor. Guys, the sandwich was a perfect meal, and my grandparents personal pizzas looked phenomenal. I wouldn't pass up this pizza place if you're ever driving down Mooney and want a piece of pie. Lastly, the service was great. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and nice. The entire experience was great. Thanks Boston house of pizza!

Pizza is good but I called to place my order and was told my pizza would be $11. When I picked up it was over $15. I told the lady I was told $11 she said sorry but that's wrong. $15 for a small pizza is high, especially when I was quoted another price.
Second time trying this place and truly a disappointment, the pizza is literally burnt. Last time I will be ordering from Boston Pizza.
