Great pastry selection. From a flavorful selection of savory goodies, to perfectly sweetened desserts. Not a big selection of hot drinks, but the ones they have can out due any coffee shop. Service was impeccable.

What a treat! The folks here are experts when it comes to flaky, buttery croissants, pastries and breads. If you haven't visited their bakery, it's time for you to experience the fabulous taste sensations! Just delicious. Cute place and excellent service.

I'm in love with this bakery! I love Visalia - I grew up here and moved away. When I come back, I remember how much I love my town. This bakery has amazing, fresh, unique and delicious pastries. Almond croissant, chocolate almond croissants, muffins, fresh sour dough bread, sandwiches. I was 2nd in line and the gentleman in front of me let me go first bc he had a big order. Again, people from Visalia are so sweet. How much I love and miss this town! I ordered the chocolate almond croissant, prosciutto with cheese croissant sandwich and a loaf of sour dough bread (from previous day bc fresh wasn't ready until after 10am). The staff is so friendly. They must get annoyed by people who are so happy to see all their delicious pastries. The sandwich was fresh, prosciutto was thinly sliced and gave a nice salty taste. I didn't feel sick or heavy like I have with donut shop "ham and cheese" croissants. The chocolate almond croissant is amazing!!! So fresh, flaky, so many flavors going on and it's huge! This is my absolute favorite! I can't wait to slice up the sour dough and make sandwiches when I get home. I live 3 1/2 hours away so the sour dough may not survive. It smelled so good! Super cute bakery, great customer service and so happy to see Visalia prosper!! Please support your local business!

I wanted to try their caramel macchiato but, they do not have soy milk on their menu. However, I was encouraged to go to Starbucks next door and bring my drink over where I enjoyed it with my tasty lemon meringue pastry. I do think they need to hire someone to clean tables. The customers are left to this duty.

Everything I've had has been pretty damn good! Always the first place I'll go before any other bakery.

Their top quality bread, as well as their pastries. And for Latinos, their delicious bagget is very similar to the bolillo from Mexico and excellent for making Jalisco-style cakes.

I purchase my country sourdough from here and it's so fresh and delicious! Even the day old loafs are so good! The service is fast and friendly and all of their pastries are absolutely divine! Bought their lemon poppyseed muffin, blueberry crumble, afternoon bread, and a raspberry danish. All of the pastries were moist, fresh, and flavorful, not too sweet. My favorite is the lemon poppyseed, love the hint of lemon in the icing, and the afternoon pastry, I think that's what it's called-Ugh it's got the crispy sweet outer layer and the inside has a flaky buttery goodness. The only thing that could be improved was the raspberry danish, the middle looked flat, and I think adding more filling or more raspberries would make it better. Next on my list to try is their regular sourdough, and their focaccia. Don't buy your bread at the store! Shop local, this place is SO good.

Where to start. Incredible baguettes. Their sourdough is beyond delicious. And don’t get me started on their rosemary focaccia. The pistachio cold coffee or latte is better than anything from Starbucks (imagine coffee that isn’t burned). I’m REALLY hoping they expand their vegan options bc I exercise for the sole purpose of eating lots of good bread. Begging yall to make some vegan bagels bc they look absurdly delicious. This place is a must.Vegetarian options: Vegan options also available & highly recommended.
