We had a larger group called ahead just to give a heads up spoke to manager and everything then when we got there the weren't very happy to have us. It's very loud u know it's part of the ambiance but the servers were having to yell out our food. They also will not allow outdoor seating in the patio anymore.Had a good time but not how it used to be.

The place can only sit 4 people. Bar staff pretty much said we had to leave because they only have 2 tables for 4 or more. While they had 2 people on those tables. By far worst service/ policies I’ve ever had. I asked if they could do any thing to help and they said no that we should leave.

The staff that handles the front for the online orders failed to insure that my order was correct. Also forgot all the dipping sauces and sides. Today’s date of 3/30/24 @930pm. Food is just not the same without the sauces. Disappointed. Do better.

Worst service ever. After being seated, we sat 20 mins before anyone approached us. We ordered on the app as no one came to help. Still took another 10 for the drink to arrive . Never got offered a refill or anything. Not the first time service has been bad here just the last time . I recommend any other location. Just not the one in Visalia

Not sure why I have to enter all my personal and CC info on an app just to close out a tab. Not exactly customer friendly after 6 beers and your bartenders know it too. I can see it being a convenient option with a packed bar but that’s all it should be, an option.

Be careful. They will refer to their buy one get one half off as "buy one get one"It won't be till you get the bill that you realize what the grift was. Well played BWW well played.

Set at the bar lovely waitress came and as I was doing and what would I like to start off with very professional the bar was nice and clean when got served my chicken burger with fries right away she asked would I like ketchup or Ranch that's the service I would expect anywhere else keep it
