Go through the drive-through the lady is rude at the microphone. She takes my order very simple cheeseburger kids meal plain and a 12 piece chicken fry on the side. Get to the window I pay for the my order less than $10. I give her $10. She gives me my change crumbles it in the receipt and forces it into my hand being super rude at the window hands in my food. I drive away I get home my order is wrong, my receipt is wrong. She never rang up my child’s cheeseburger correctly. All I know is the redheaded lady with dyed hair. It looks like she did 20 years of drugs should not be working at this establishment.

They fill up the large fries like a small and they charge for a sauce,workers look slow/ acoustic as well

NO Refunds; so the staff is RUDE! !HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This place should be closed down! The excuse was short staffed. I spent $44. After placing a drive through order, I waited more than twenty minutes parked outside With 2 other cars before asking about my drive through order. I was then told the order was NOT complete. I waited additional ten minutes & asked for my money back. The incompetent cashier who posed as the manager though the managers name is printed on the door, spins around looking for the NO Refunds sign which was a 5x7 laminated on the counter, though clearly NOT posted in the drive through. And then she began sarcastically indicating my only option was to wait for the food or forfeit my hard earned $44. After an additional five minutes & the order was WRONG! I walk in AGAIN to ask for them to fix the order and of course she threatens to call the police on me...I arrived at 8:56 am & left this horrible establishment at 9:42 am with an incomplete order.AND I paid for a man's meal as a dine in order & the second time I went in I realized he did not have his food.... it was sitting on the counter in a bag... YES I AM REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

Ordered on the app, went in store to pick up 40 min later . They’re barely making it , I go up and ask the manager and all she can she was there was orders before me . No way it takes almost an hour to make 2 burgers and some fries

Employees chat at drive through with long line waiting. Get the order wrong. Make me wait in the parking lot for my drive through order. Forget my drink. And made the food wrong! Who puts 3 slices of cheese on an original chicken sandwich!

Ordered the "New" Shroom and Swiss... ugghhh!!!!!!!! The bread was burnt, but somehow managed to taste stale. Isn't this a "NEW" sandwich?! Every time I go to this place, I'm ALWAYS disappointed! No answer to the phone....EVER!!!!!!!!! In the 5 years living on this side of town, I have not had a decent meal in this place. I guess that's why I only go once every 4 to 6 months....just yo see if they've gotten better.......NOPE!!!!!! The place is disgusting. This was the last time I went there. I'd rather go the extra mile to Mooney. You should, too, unless you want to waste your money and be disappointed.
