This pllace was empty when i went in,and after i received my food i know why. My burger was overcooked and dry, the cook obviously didnt know cuttingn into the burger to check if it was done cooking drains its juices and flavor resulting in the flavorless dry patty i was served. Reviews for this place are high but seems to have fallen as of lately. Id skip this place until changes are made.

I drove across town with $6 a gallon gas to try a burger from this place but they were closed. The sign in the door says they have temporary hours because of short staffing but there were closed even according to those hours. Tuesday at 6 pm. Are they going out of business?

The monitors that display the menu were down so all you had was some menus to look at on the counter which were basic and not well explained. They gave us canned sodas and our onion rings and fries were way to salty. 2 out of our 3 burgers were also over salted. They did however give us a new burger when we brought the over salted burgers to their attention. That's the reason for 2 stars and not 1.

came in to hopefully get some good burgers the screen with the different options was down there was just some sloppily placed plastic menus that had very few options when i asked if they were only doing partial menus the guy said its basically the same Upon looking online I realized that that was not the case and they were handing out canned sodas instead of fountain drinks I guess I don't need a refill

This is one of my favorite places for cheesburgers. I just had the duo classic cheeseburgers made from Angus beef and they were delicious. Taste like they came off a bbq grill!

This place is fantastic! So many delicious options to choose from. Not just hamburgers, but chicken, fish and vegetarian sandwiches too. The buns were brooch and they didn't charge for a side of ranch! A variety of side creations with so many toppings, you could make a meal out of some of them. The fries were great. I've tried garlic fries from countless places and have never had anything like these. Smothered in aioli - which was garlicky but not overpowering - and covered in fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Ingredients were fresh, cooked to order and the char on the grilled chicken was really tasty. Lots of great sauces to go on the burgers, you could eat here every day of the week and still not have tried everything. I wish more people would give it a try so they can stay open for dinner. Although, worth rearranging your schedule to make it in for lunch!

Came here today 3/25. My sister and I were going next door so I figured we will get something while we shop. To my surprise only 1 worker was working. The paper sign said something about being short staffed and will be closing early. This was my first time here & idk if I'll be back. Service was great just not the food. It was bland, no seasoning or anything amazing. I got the trio & I wish I didn't because I didn't want to finish it. Either way I had to since I didn't want to throw it away. It tasted so sad & I've had burger I'm but in Montclair. I figured all these places would be the same. The 3 stars are for the food not service. Jose did great for being just 1 employee working. Thank you!

This placed used to be good when they first opened up but, sadly, the quality has decreased immensely since then. I ordered a duo combo & paid to add cheese + bacon to my fries. When i opened the box, I couldn't even recognize that it was bacon at first-- I questioned my order & then realized it was indeed bacon, just so burnt. Not good at all. One of my burgers was a crispy chicken sandwich, which was way over cooked. It was extremely hard to bite into & tasted as if they had fried it, then attempted to heat it up in the microwave-- obviously not pleasant to eat. My second burger was okay, not that bad but the bun seems so cheap and just breaks apart-- Wonderbread would've been better than what they have. All-in-all, it was a really disappointing experience back here. They also changed their fry chips to regular fries, which is a bummer considering how much we enjoyed the chips. Just seems like this place is deteriorating as the years go on. This place has potential, but I probably won't be returning.
If I could give a 2.5 I would, alas it is not possible. I mean the service was good, the one guy working was perfectly. The food was kinda just meh, my burger was too charred, borderline burnt and it lacked seasoning. Still ate it though. The bacon however was flipping delicious. I paid $8.44 for a very decent sized burger with added pickles and bacon. They got the order with all my modifications correct and it was definitely in a timely manner. I'll definitely come back to give em another chance, or try something else but overall this visit was totally mixed

Decided to try this place, a little disappointed fries were good but the Angus burger was overcooked very dry. Staff were cordial but service was slow and the place was not busy. Soft drink was $3.00 they only had one size and no lids. Won't be going back.
