I got the fish sandwich and it was great!!! Highly recommended and also got the fried chicken sandwich and fish and chips everything was great only bad thing is rice,sides need flavor but definitely coming back soon..

Went in today around 11:15 am manager was very rude and unprofessional when she called me to the register she was very short with me… then she came and told me they were out of fries so I was offered sweet potato fries instead… may thing is who runs out of fries?? Normally have had good service but not today.. plus my fish was very greasy and it has never been that greasy before… not sure if she was having a bad day or what but when you work in the food industry you need to stay positive… may not go back for a while..

Every time I place an order online, I don't get half of my order in my meal. So when I call the restaurant and tell them that they did not place all my order in my to-go order they tell me to go back to the restaurant so they could refund me when I live 10 Mi away and gas is expensive. My credit card is on file from that online purchase. Why could they not just credit back the card on their side? They never solve the problem or refund my money back for my online purchase of the missing food that was not in the bag, and they always get my money, and I never get all my food. Visalia California Fish and Grill need to get their act together and stop jipping people and need to double check their orders before they place them in a bag to see if that order matches what the receipt says. Stop wasting people's gas and money if you can't do the job right.

I used to come here twice a month but they’ve added kiosks which takes longer now because most of the time they don't work and end up having to get help by the cashier. I’ve waited in line while some elderly couple try to figure out the kiosk. Also they’ve added a robot when you place order over phone and end up transferring to a live person because it didn’t understand me. The whole new system is just annoying now. Also i used to get the calimix chicken salad and now they don't have it. You have to order the salmon salad substitute for chicken and the price is the same even though chicken should cost less than chicken. An $18 salad is ridiculous.

Now, this is coming from a picky eater who has had fish before and still didn't like it. The fish and chips these guys have are so good with the malt vinegar and brussel sprouts. I'm shocked that I even had any, but my buddy ordered some and gave me one after thinking that it smelled good, and damn am I happy that I took a chance and tried it out.
It's a spacious & bright restaurant. And their food is delicious. I love the fact that it's the only place my husband will eat brussel sprouts at.

Excellent food and service.What I didn't like is the stupid Kiosks!!!GET RID OF THE MACHINES!!!The cashier still had to assist us. She was very helpful and friendly. Our food was fresh and delicious.Ask for what items are Gluten Free. They have the information in a book.My Granddaughter and I had the Shrimp Trio with Rosemary Zucchini and Tomatoes with Feta. Delicious! My Wife had Salmon! She loved it.Excellent food quality, just get rid of the Kiosks!!Dietary restrictions: Ask to see their Allergy book for the Gluten Free selections.
