If I could give no stars I would.I went last night and was rushed to make my order then got my burger with no meat in it. Couldn’t even remake my order knowing I came from a 15min drive. Was so upset my other food was cold Angelica was very rude from the start I felt like they messed up my burger purposely to be honest.

Lady taking the order Isabella was very monotone and rushed me while taking my order. You ordered a plain #2 she even repeated it and my order still had everything on it. Frys were cold and tasted like they had been sitting there for hours. Tried calling several times and got no answer. Waste of $33 everything went in the trash and now I have to find something else to cook.

Staff seemed like they were short staffed or something. Took over 20 mins in the drive thru just to get my food, and it wasn't up to par. Just not the restaurant I remember going to back in the day. I was disappointed.

I ordered a number 11, get home and took a bite into my sandwich and my mouth was full of bread and burnt chicken. Looks old too at that. Like wth!!! Yall are expensive as it is and your going to give me 1 chicken strip on my bun. And it's old burnt , crispy and nasty!!!! DO

Ordered a large #9 combo, and was handed a medium soda. When I questioned it, she said they just ran out, and that's what she was told to do. Saying "i could refund it, but it would only be a dollar." After arriving at my destination, I realized I was given a barley cooked basic burger and old frys. Only time Carl's has ever let me down!
