Corby’s is a phenomenal hidden gem of a place! Boyfriend and I went for a late Valentine’s Day celebration. We had originally planned on going to brewbakers but there was an hour wait so we walked over a few feet to corby’s. We were a bit sketch at first, entrance was interesting, a long hallway with another door into the main restaurant/bar area. It was pretty empty at about 6pm with only one couple eating and about 4 people at the bar. We started with drinks, I got a water and midori sour, he got a draft modelo. The beer was flat but my midori sour was on point, perfectly balanced not tasting like a glass of liquor with some juice on top, even he liked it and that says ALOT. At that point we started to get our hopes up. We ordered cheese sticks and wings. The cheese sticks were piping hot, gooey and deliciously seasoned while the wings were also hot, crispy, and moist and tender on the inside. We ordered pastrami and fried bologna sandwiches and let me tell you-incredible! They even accommodated me wanting a Cesar salad for my side, and all the modifications we asked for were followed to a T. Service was attentive but not too pushy or annoying. A bit pricy, but the quality was reflective of the price. I woke up this morning wanting another sandwich from there! We shall see where the day takes me but all in all an extremely positive and surprising experience, we will definitely be back!

You get what you're expecting going to a bar dedicated to rock. On point theming! Went there on a Tuesday night, not too busy. Service was very kind to us, very attentive. Ordered a few appetizers and the fish n chips. Good portion size and fantastic fries.However, I believe our serviceman was smoking a joint toward the end of the night. I am not appreciative of being subject to that stench while eating my food. Ruined almost the entire experience for me. I wouldn't be so harsh if it was another patron doing it, but I expect courtesy from services to not get high while on the job. I might go back just to pick up food, because I had no complaints there!

Walked past late night and the illuminating pizza sign caught my eye. A very nice gentleman named Garrett served up a great New York slice of pizza. All made in house. Overall an unexpected great bite of quality pie that you can't really find in Visalia

Okay guys, buckle up because I've just had a pizza adventure that's straight out of a dream! ? Joey T’s pizza is basically the Batman of pizzas – the hero Gotham deserves!The moment I took a bite, I was on a flavor rollercoaster. The crust and the sauce are made from scratch and are the best flavors my taste buds have ever tasted. And trust me, I have tasted many a pizza.I declare this joint the undisputed pizza champion of our town. If you're into pizza that's not just good but 'I-can't-stop-eating-this' good, then you better high-tail it over here. Trust me; your taste buds will thank you! ???

So Visalia finally has some good pizza. Joey T is whipping up some fantastic new york style pizza with some sandwiches that remind me of home back east.Staff here is great too. It's a good party spot on the weekends too with live music.

I love it here! This was my second time but it was just as good as the first. The service is amazing and the bartender Joel was very friendly and brought my food and drinks really quickly. Will definitely be back soon!
I was really excited to check out this place because of the 80s nostalgia, and I was not disappointed! I wish I would of taken more pictures! I gave this place 2 stars because of the food and lack of choices of food. I ordered the buffalo chicken grilled sandwich, and it was definitely lacking flavor. The sandwich was super small, and not spicy at all. I received a handful fries..I was starving!! For a 15 dollar plate, the true value is 8 bucks..maybe, more like the Value menus at Dennys. Our waitress was super nice, and attentive, but I was so turned off by the food, I probably won't be back at all. The chicken smelled weird too.

I just have to give a shout out to Joe, who is a bartender at Corbys.. not sure if he is the manager, because he is so excellent at serving the customer and making you feel like you matter, even in a sea of people ( bars are crazy when there's a great band!!). Corbys consistently brings in excellent local bands that know how to rock!! We have a blast every time we come here, and we are always treated very well, but last night Joe just went over the top. I watched as he made eye contact with every waiting customer, and let them know that he would get to them asap. He was efficient, friendly, and organized. The only bummer about Corbys is the tiny dance floor... it's so cramped!! I hope they end up in a bigger location soon.
