i absolutely love rookies! especially on tuesdays! $2 tacos and $2 bottled beer you can't beat that! plus all the bartenders are super amazing and attentive! my favorite though has got to be Shyla! she was so sweet and made sure we had an amazing experience the entire time we were there! Karen the bar manager was also really good! 10/10 recommend

if I could give it 0 stars I would i have heard stories about the bouncers beating people up and I didn't but when I went I left the place to take a phone call and when I tried to come back in they wouldn't let me back it I tried to respectfully tell them my card is in there and I need it back they wouldn't let me and threatened to "knock me tf out" then my buddy came out and it ended in a 6v2 fight absolutely unexplainable from them.

Dear Rookies, don't advertise $2 tacos and $2 beers and only have 2 people working when there's close to 70 customers. We ordered at 5:44pm and it's after 7pm and we still haven't received our tacos. We had to go to the bar to get our drinks. Your poor servers are running ragged. Please do better. We even had to clear our own table. The management should be ashamed of themselves.

Stopped in for a drink. The kitchen was already closed but wasn't planning on eating so wasn't a big deal. We didn't realize it turned into a club after they closed and was loud while moving tables and chairs. Everyone was friendly and had what we wanted.

Fun place to stop while we were out of town to watch the 49ers game. Food and service were great!
Melissa and Michael are super friendly and pour a good drink. Food is surprisingly good and reasonably priced. I've been here 3 times now and plan on coming back plenty more.

Great place to watch a game. We were traveling and didn’t want to miss the 49er-Cowboy game. Staff was attentive and friendly; the food and cold beer hit the spot. Next time we are in Visalia we will definitely stop by. Go Niners!
