Firstly, let me say that I’m leaving this review in the hopes that the restaurant takes some notes and is able to get to the next level. We had the opportunity to eat here last night. It was a busy night in Visalia and we were lucky to get a table for our party of 6. Out of our 5 entrees and 2 appetizers, only one of our dishes was without issue. The sandwich was very good and enjoyed by my friend. Every other dish was either under-seasoned, undercooked, or overcooked. It’s unfortunate that there were all these tiny things, but together they amounted to a larger failure. Sweet potato waffle fries: way overcooked. Shrimp pasta: pasta under-seasoned, shrimp wrong blackening spice and overcooked. Both pizzas: doughy and uncooked, not handmade. Steak: rare instead of medium and under-seasoned. Brussels sprouts: undercooked and under-seasoned.Our service was good and friendly. Staff was very nice. Overall, it was close of great, but just didn’t get there. I wish them the best. They’re close.

Went for an early dinner for my birthday with the hubby at 4, only one other table occupied there not too close. Well when people started showing they put two groups right next to us on both sides of us! ? Practically on top of each other should have just pushed our tables together at that point couldn't even enjoy our meal or conversation with each other couldn't finish our meals fast enough to get out of there! Should have went to Bravo Farms. Never again eating there!

This is for Fugazzi Bistro, I was really in the mood for pasta. Not sure why these orders came out like this; it's not even the correct pasta. Disappointing considering I was in the mood for stuffed Ravioli. The "fusilli was rigatoni as well, with huge semi-cooked chunks of zucchini. Why is there no good Italian in town?

I walked in with my wife at 9:24 pm mind you they close at 10 wasn't there to eat just sit at the bar and have a couple drinks. The bartender working that night turned us away saying he had already wiped the bar down. And we could not have drinks. We were told they were closing. Did I mention it was a Friday night not unusual at all to stop by for a quick drink because the night life in the area is active. I won't be going back anytime soon. And if I see the bartender again I'll probably turn around and leave. Thanks for listening.

A good spot for date night except the food is always a hit or miss, a couple of my favorite dinner entrees are always tasting different. The bread sometimes is as hard as a rock and the oil dip isn't always the best. The ambience is nice.

On 2/17/2024FYI..... Friends we first attempted to dine at Fugazi's across the street but when we walked in there was no host and we were not greeted by anyone. We walked all the in past the bar and nothing, no one greeted us still. So we walked out and had a very good dinner at Sequoia Brewing Company!!!

We got the steak appetizer and it was delicious. The blue cheese and fried onion combo was so good. Each sauce served with it was also perfect. We then got the tomahawk which was a special item and it was cooked perfectly. I also got the carbonara and the flavors were delicious with the perfect amount of sauce. I got the blood orange margarita which was also perfect!

Went for dinner tonight, walked in at 8pm and one of the employees checked to see availability for me. Came back one minute later to say they were finished seating for the night and immediately walked away. She did not give me one more second more to speak to her. It was two hours prior to them closing at 10pm. This is the second bad experience (first time chicken breast ordered was so dry i could not eat it) i have had at this lousy establishment. Thought they deserved a second chance and they struck out. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Why serve wine and pretend you care about the quality when you only have 1 style wine glass for every type of wine??!!Servers are not "expected" to know anything about wine, this should be management responsibility. But DO NOT argue with a customer and tell them the style of wine glass does not affect the taste and quality of wine.
