We went there this morning at 10:30am, note on door telling "pepsi delivery guy" she'd be back at 10:45,....we waited until 11 Noone showed up. This would of been our 1st time here, looking forward to it, but not going to waste our time or drive.

Their acai sucks big time. Fruit is sour like its gone bad. Smootie was alright tho. They need to stick to grab n go food/drinks and selling their convenience store items like slushes, sodas, hot dogs, pizza pockets.Their Mediterranean food was good back in the day but took a long time, plus they need to stop trying to copy and take over other businesses we already have in downtown v (pita kabob). Kind of embarrassingYour condescending response confirmed my thoughts on this business. I wouldn't want a bowl remade if your supply of fruit was rotten. Whether this is America, Germany, Italy, whatever the country, it doesn't matter: copying is bad ethics in business and is considered bad business overall. That's all.

Skip this place! Worst customer service. Good Mediterranean food (I guess) but is it worth it for you to get to the green apple and hour after they’ve opened, only for some random teenager who’s working there with her mom to tell you that there’s no hot food ready? Like? Can’t you just make it instead of making it seem like a chore? Thx. Some lazy bishes in the green apple! This place is gonna close soon I bet.The reason there’s a teenager there with her mom is because the lady owner left to get married and left the most unprepared people to handle her business LOL. The owner lady was not nice to begin with but the people they left in charge dont care about this business at all.If you still want to try it, it’s definitely going to be warm in there, they don’t have any drinks in the fridge and they won’t want to make you food.

Beef Kabab was over cooked tough to chew, very under seasoned the kofta Kabab was just over and needed more spice. The worst tazeke it was like water with large pieces of cucumber. Overall the staff seemed to be confused and bothered with a request for ice, and some sumac. I won't go again, nor recommend.

Don't eat here. Trust me. Don't do it. I warned you. This is so sad :( this could be 5 stars but they do not know what they're doing... Other people are reporting it closed, yet google says they open at 10am... LOL This place has really good Mediterranean food. Like amazing. Great seasoning and amazing garlic sauce. Last 3 times really good food but really REALLY awkward service. The more I go the more awkward it gets. About a year ago it was a nice lil deli, good sandwiches and chili cheese fries; and a man working the counter. Shelves were full of snacks and drinks. Things were decent. Not as bad or awkward as now. Sometime in the last year they changed menus to Mediterranean food which is sooooo good!! Food is much better but the service and atmosphere is trash now. Nothing on the shelves, hardly anything in the fridge. It is always warm in there fix your damn ac. Now, about a month ago it was a Lebanese lady who did not have any good customer service skills AT ALL, she just stared you down like she was unhappy to see you. If she made the garlic sauce I thought she would be happy but no, miserable looking lady. Why work here then? Now apparently that lady left to get married, and the owners left other people in charge who have no idea what they're doing. I'm mad for them because the family they hired to look out is doing the worst job imaginable Last time it was ok, the girl working was nice enough but it was like her whole family was in there with her? Or maybe they hired the entire family? Not sure. Weird either way. But I know they don't want to be there they make it very clear. Place is warm as hell. It's not welcoming at all. Trash on the table. They don't know the food lol. I get here at 11am (1 hour after they're supposed to open according to google) after having called twice to order ahead. Guess what? There's like this teenager (different girl than last time) there with her mom (sitting down) both not paying any attention to any customer who came in. The girl had to ask her mom if they had food to serve like hello? Aren't you supposed to know if you have food ready or not? You work here?? She looked annoyed that I'm there asking for food that they clearly serve on the menu. I asked her if their phone didn't work and can I order food? She literally turned to her mom (who was sitting on a chair behind her ) and asked her if they had food. She turns to me and says "We just opened. We didn't get your call because we were closed () What would you like? *asks her mom* You want hot food? We only have cold food because we don't have hot food. Everything is cold." *turns to her mom* like what Like what are you going to sell me that is cold girl? Omg Like some cold rice? Cold salad? Girl please! She made it seem like a chore to heat up the already prepared food that she clearly did not cook herself. After that I knew that girl has to be 15-17 years old. It's just some stupid s*** to say to a customer. It's more that it seemed, felt and i heard it from them, that they don't want to make food... ... ... ... ... ? LOL Why are you here? Excuse me no one is coming in to buy drinks (there is none), there's hardly anything on display anyone wants to buy and you're telling me I can't get any hot rice or meat with my garlic sauce? LIKE THE ONLY THING THIS PLACE HAS TO OFFER IS GOOD MEDITERRANEAN FOOD on a Friday and they can't even get it ready ? I'm done pita kabob is about the same price and they know how to get you food fast. Like imagine you show up to McDonald's 1 hour after they open, you get to the counter and the employee turns to their mom to ask if they can make food or even if they have food ready?and they tell you the food is cold! Like wtf just make it? Idk I'm so confused still. It is so sad to see. I just wanted some well seasoned food... But they don't have good customer service and the inside is not welcoming. This place is probably going to close very soon unfortunately. J

It's okay for something on the go. But if you're looking for quality Mediterranean food there's better places.

Long story short, wasn’t honest with her service. literally didn’t give me what I was promised, which was a simple purchase of Baklava that she accepted to give me 15$ for the amount that was left there, we had agreed on the deal right there and when she was packing it, she literally didn’t put all that was there and when asked why, she started telling me about the hassle of making them etc. where didn’t matter when she had agreed to give me such deal, simple as that. You don’t promise just so you can make the sale and then put things missing in there or you say all that you said after all, before you even agree on a deal. Simple as that.

I was wandering around Downtown and happened to park near Green Apple Market. What a surprise! I saw that they made sandwiches and thought I'd grab one to try for dinner, but instead was greeted by an awesome market of Near Eastern products that aren't easy to find in the area! I no longer live in the Valley, but it's so great to see more diversity in my ability to get these kinds of foods when I'm in town. The staff was VERY nice and helpful, and offered samples of their homemade dessert. Instead of getting a sandwich, I got some ingredients to make one of my favorite dishes, AND some homemade baklava. Please check them out and let's keep them around. Thanks, Green Apple Market!

I've eaten here a few times and no complaints. I went today and have several complaints. First, the woman who took my order and rang me up was furiously blowing and wiping her nose while taking care of me. She didn't wash her hands at all and then proceeded to GO MAKE MY FOOD! Second, as she was still taking my order, there was a young man working there washing his hands in the kitchen. I thought "okay cool hopefully he is who makes my food" until he proceeded to take the towel he just dried his hands on and wiped it all over his face and didn't re-wash his hands! I just left. They can keep my $7 and their food. So gross.
